The 2024 Shop, Repeat, Get a Treat Promo (“promo”) is from December 1 to 31, 2024, and is extended until January 31, 2025 (“promo period”), as approved by DTI-FTEB.
The promo is open to select Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders whose mobile numbers are working and registered* with Metrobank.
*To receive communications and reward from this promo, the cardholder must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. To be included in future Metrobank promotions and communications, cardholder needs to update his/her contact information by visiting any Metrobank branch or by following the instructions here https://metrobank.com.ph/articles/update-your-info.
To qualify, the select Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders must:
a. Receive an official promo notification from Metrobank via SMS/Viber and email; and
b. Purchase in-store or online for at least PHP 4,500 worth of accumulated transactions using their Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card during the Purchase Period**.
Qualified cardholders will be entitled to one (1) SM Gift Pass or Shakey’s e-voucher worth PHP 500.
Cardholders with valid transactions will receive an SMS notification*** from Metrobank with the gift pass or e-voucher code and redemption details.

Cardholders with valid transactions must present the SMS notification with the code from Metrobank to redeem the gift pass or e-voucher.

The promo is open to select cardholders of the Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® card, whose mobile number is working and registered* with Metrobank.

To qualify, the Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholder must:
a. Receive an official promo notification from Metrobank via SMS/Viber and email. Once received, cardholder is automatically opted in to the promo.
b. Purchase online for at least PHP 3,500 worth of accumulated transactions using the Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card during the promo period.
Qualified cardholders will be entitled to one (1) SM Gift Pass worth PHP 500 which may be used in all SM Stores, SM Supermarkets, SM Hypermarkets, Savemore branches, as well as all branches of affiliate stores like Ace Hardware, Crate & Barrel, Forever 21, Our Home, Uniqlo, Watsons, among others.
Cardholders with valid transactions will receive an SMS notification from Metrobank by July 29, 2024 with the gift pass code and redemption details.
To redeem the PHP 500 SM Gift Pass, cardholders with valid transactions must present the SMS notification from Metrobank at the Bills Payment counter of any SM Store nationwide until September 27, 2024 (“Redemption Period”).
Only cardholders whose mobile numbers are updated/registered with Metrobank and will receive official promo notification will qualify for the offer.
The offer is valid for select cardholders who will purchase using their Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card for accumulated in-store or online transactions worth PHP 4,500 during the promo period.
Recurring online transactions such as subscription and bill payment are not considered as qualified transactions.
Withdrawals, buy load, and other non-purchase transactions made through Metrobank ATM, Metrobank Online, and Metrobank App are excluded from the promo.
Only one (1) redemption per qualified cardholder is allowed throughout the promo period.
Redemptions without the SMS notification and gift pass or e-voucher code from Metrobank will not be honored.
All unredeemed gift passes and e-vouchers from the promo will be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
Metrobank will not accommodate any cardholder request to extend the validity of the gift pass or e-voucher code beyond the redemption period.
The gift passes and e-vouchers are transferable but non-convertible to cash or any Metrobank products and services. Once the code has been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the client while the fulfillment will be the accountability of the chosen merchant partner.
Metrobank is not an agent of any of the merchant partners and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services they provide. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the merchant partner with whom the cardholder transacted.
The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank will be final, with consent from DTI.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. Cardholders will be notified of any changes through the appropriate channels.
The use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards.
The following condition applies to the deposit account linked to the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard® card:
Deposits are insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) up to PHP 500,000 per depositor.
Metrobank is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas https://www.bsp.gov.ph.
