Promo Mechanics

The Metrobank Debit Card Promo will run from December 18, 2023 to January 8, 2024 (“Promo Period”).
The promo is open to select cardholders of the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard®, whose mobile number is working and registered* with Metrobank.

*To receive communications and reward from this promo, cardholder must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. To be included in future Metrobank promotions and communications, cardholder needs to update his/her contact information by visiting any Metrobank branch or by following the instructions here https://metrobank.com.ph/articles/update-your-info.
To qualify, the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard cardholder should:

a. Receive an SMS or Viber about the promo from Metrobank. Once received, cardholder is automatically opted in to the promo.
b. Purchase online for at least PHP 3,500 worth of accumulated transactions using the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard during the promo period.
Qualified cardholders will be entitled to one (1) e-voucher worth PHP 300 within the promo period.
Cardholders with valid transactions will receive a notification SMS from Metrobank on February 1, 2024 with the e-voucher code and redemption details.

Redemption Mechanics

Cardholders with valid transactions must redeem the PHP 300 e-voucher within sixty (60) calendar days from the day the notification SMS with e-voucher code has been received (“Redemption Period”).
Cardholders must present the confirmation SMS from Metrobank with the e-voucher code at any branch of the following merchant partners during the redemption period:
- Shakey’s
- SM Gift Pass

Only cardholders who will receive an SMS or Viber from Metrobank about the promo will qualify.
The Offer is valid for select customers who will purchase using their Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard for accumulated online transactions worth PHP 3,500 during the promo period.
Cardholder can only win once throughout the promo period.
In-store purchase and recurring online transaction such as subscription are not considered as qualified transactions.
Withdrawals, buy load and other non-purchase transactions made through Metrobank ATM, Metrobank Online, and Metrobank Mobile Banking are excluded from the promo.
Redemptions without the SMS confirmation and e-voucher code from Metrobank will not be honored.
All unredeemed e-vouchers from the promo will be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
Metrobank will not accommodate any request of the cardholder to extend the validity of the e-voucher code beyond the 60-day redemption period.
The Offer is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other product.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank will be final, with consent from DTI.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
