4. How do I register in the promo?

   No registration is required. Simply use your qualified Metrobank card at participating branches to avail of the promo.

5. What are the qualified transactions?

   • Valid for in-store and online (with promo code applied) purchases only.

   • Valid for straight transactions only.

   • Valid with a minimum single-receipt spend of P5,000.

   • Must be charged to a qualified Metrobank card via the store’s Point-of-Sale terminal

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is also applicable to Metrobank PRIME Debit, and Metrobank Prepaid cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank PRIME Debit, Metrobank Prepaid, Metrobank Corporate Cards, and Metrobank Dollar Mastercard cards.

   a. Go to the website: www.babymama.ph

   b. Existing users can log-into their account. New users must sign-up.

   c. Select items and add to cart. Make sure your total reaches at least P5,000 (excluding shipping charges).

   d. Once done, click "Proceed to check out".

   e. Input the required contact details.

   f. Under "Voucher Code", input the promo code MHEREONLINE, then click "Apply".

   g. For payment, choose "Credit Card". Then click, "Place order".

   h. Input the required details of your qualified Metrobank card. Then click, "Submit".

5. Terms and conditions:

   a. Promo is valid for in-store and online transactions.

   b. Discount is applicable to regular-priced items only.

   c. Promo is not applicable to payments using Babymama E-Gift Certificates.

   d. Promo code can be used a maximum of 3x per cardholder within the promo period and exclusive to online purchases using a Metrobank credit card.

   e. To enjoy the discount, a Metrobank credit cardholder must charge the total bill to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit, or prepaid card through Babymama’s Point-of-Sale Terminal.

   f. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

   g. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

6. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Babymama.

8. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

9. The use of the Metrobank Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, Babymama shall have no liability.

10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

11. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Card, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Babymama, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
