Get a PHP 100 Grab voucher when you make five InstaPay transfers on the Metrobank App.

The Send Money, Grab a Freebie Promo (“promo”) will run from March 1 to 31, 2025 (“promo period”).
The promo is open to select Metrobank clients whose mobile numbers are working and registered* with Metrobank.
*To receive communications and reward from this promo, the client must ensure that the mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. To be included in future Metrobank promotions and communications, client needs to update his/her contact information by visiting any Metrobank branch or by following the instructions here https://metrobank.com.ph/articles/update-your-mb-contact-info-online
To qualify, the select Metrobank clients must:
a. Receive an official promo notification from Metrobank via SMS and/or email;
b. Have an active Metrobank Savings or Checking Account;
c. Must be enrolled in the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online; and
d. Complete five (5) Instapay Send Money transactions to other banks and e-wallets during the promo period, with each amounting to more than PHP 1,000.00.
Qualified clients will be entitled to one (1) Grab e-voucher worth PHP 100.
Clients with valid and successful transactions will receive an SMS notification** from Metrobank with the e-voucher code and redemption details.

To redeem the e-voucher, clients must:
a. Ensure they have the latest version of the Grab App installed.
b. Open the Grab App and tap "All Services".
c. Select "Gifts" and click on the Gifts icon at the upper right corner.
d. Enter the e-voucher code received via SMS from Metrobank within the Redemption Period***.
Only clients whose mobile numbers are updated/registered with Metrobank and who will receive official promo notification via SMS and/or email will qualify for the offer.
Savings or checking accounts found to be invalid, cancelled, or with any form of irregularity will be automatically disqualified from joining the promo.
The offer is valid for eligible clients who will complete five (5) InstaPay Send Money transactions of more than PHP 1,000.00 each to other banks and e-wallets through the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online during the promo period.
A PHP 25.00 InstaPay transaction fee will be charged to the client’s account for every Send Money transaction of more than PHP 1,000.00.
Send Money transactions to entities that do not accept InstaPay are excluded from the promo and will be subject to applicable transaction fees.
Only one (1) redemption per qualified client is allowed throughout the promo period.
The e-voucher code can only be redeemed using a mobile device and cannot be redeemed via a computer, desktop, or any website.
The e-voucher is valid only for GrabCar, GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart in the Philippines, and can only be used for a single transaction on the Grab app. If the transaction exceeds the value of the e-voucher, the excess amount will have to be paid by the client. If the e-voucher is used for a transaction below PHP 100, the excess amount will be forfeited, no longer be valid, or carried over in the next transaction.
The e-voucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees, cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts, and cannot be exchanged for Grab points.
The e-voucher code can be transferred before redemption, but once redeemed in the Grab app, it can no longer be transferred to another user.
The e-vouchers are non-convertible to cash or any Metrobank products and services. Once the code has been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the client while the fulfillment will be the accountability of Grab Philippines and/or the respective merchant partner.
All unredeemed e-vouchers from the promo will be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
Metrobank will not accommodate any client request to extend the validity of the e-voucher code beyond the redemption period.
Metrobank is not an agent of Grab Philippines or any of its merchant partners and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services they provide. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Grab Philippines and/or the respective merchant partner with whom the client transacted.
The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank will be final, with consent from DTI.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. Clients will be notified of any changes through the appropriate channels.
The use of Metrobank Savings and/or Checking accounts and the Metrobank App and/or Metrobank Online in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Savings and Checking accounts and the Metrobank App and Metrobank Online.
