7. Cardholder must present and use a valid Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card to avail of the offer.

8. Cardholder may only avail of the offer outright at any branch where the transaction was made.

9. Only one (1) qualified card may be used per single-receipt transaction and only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card. Strictly no splitting of transactions.

10. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

11. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

12. The discount under this Promo is not convertible to cash or cannot be exchanged for any other items.

13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

14. The use of the Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card.

15. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account.

16. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

17. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

18. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Total Nutrition Corporation (LAC), with the concurrence of the DTI.

19. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

Boozy

1. The Promo is open only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Metrobank Prime Debit, Elite, Premier + Debit. 2. The promo period is from December 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023.

3. Qualified cardholders can get PHP 300 OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 2,000 using their Metrobank Credit or Debit Cards.

4. Other Terms and Conditions:

   a. Promo is not applicable to the following regular-priced items: Johnnie Walker Blue Label 750ml, Heineken 500ml Case 24 Cans, Heineken 330ml Case 24 Bottles.

   b. Promo is open to new and existing Boozy users and can be availed multiple times within the promo period using the promo code MB300.

   c. Cardholders can get up to Php300 maximum discount per single-receipt transaction.
