7. The Promotion is non transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

8. Promo discount is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items.

9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

10. The use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a cardholder receive this discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or an authorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit and prepaid card account.

12. Any amendments in the terms and conditions are subject to DTI approval.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

14. Any dispute the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Concept Store Inc. (Herschel) with the concurrence of the DTI.

15. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

FULLY BOOKED

1. The promo is open only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo period is from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024 only.

3. Qualified cardholders can get up to 10% OFF on any D-coded items at participating Fully Booked branches for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 1,500 using their Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

   • 10% OFF apply for debit and prepaid card transactions for in-store purchases only.
   • 5% OFF apply for credit card transactions for both in-store and online purchases only.

5. To avail of the promo in-store, cardholders should mention to the store staff that they will avail of the Metrobank card promo.

6. To avail of the promo online:

   a. Go to fullybookedonline.com.

   b. Add any D-coded items to cart, minimum purchase requirement is PHP 1,500 to avail the discount.

   c. Upon checkout, fill-out complete details for billing and delivery.

   d. Input the exclusive promo code, MBReads before proceeding to final checkout.

7. Other Terms and Conditions:

   a. Non D-coded items and N-coded items are not included in the promo.

   b. The promo code can be used multiple times within the promo period for online transactions. Failure to key-in the appropriate promo code shall disqualify the cardholder from availing the discount.

   c. Promo is not applicable on installment transactions.

   d. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card through Fully Booked’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal for in-store transactions.

   e. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or debit cards.

   f. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

   g. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Fully Booked and Metrobank.

11. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is applicable.

12. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

13. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

15. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Fully Booked with the concurrence of the DTI. Fully Booked agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute except in cases where disputes were caused by Metrobank’s breach of contractual obligations and/or negligence.

16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

17. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
