The cashback earned from the qualified 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction will be automatically credited to the cardholder’s account within 30 business days from the transaction date. Cashback earned shall appear with transaction description of “HUAWEI PROMO” in the cardholder’s Statement of Account.
Other installment tenors and straight transactions are excluded from the promo.
The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
The promo is valid in conjunction with other existing promos, unless otherwise stated.
Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashbacks is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
Cashback credit earned by a Supplementary cardholders from this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.
To qualify for the cashback promo, cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due. Otherwise, Rewards Points and Cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited.
Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to the approval of DTI.
Full installment amount under the 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Huawei Experience Stores, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
