Here's how to join the raffle:

3. Qualified Metrobank cardholders can earn one (1) raffle entry for every Send Money via PayNow Transaction using the Metrobank App for a minimum single-receipt of PHP 10,000.

4. To qualify for the raffle, cardholders must perform a Send Money via PayNow transaction as follows:

   a. Login to the Metrobank Mobile App.

   b. Tap “Send Money”.

   c. Choose your Metrobank Credit Card as source account.

   d. Enter amount worth PHP 10,000 and up.

   e. Key in the recipient account.

   f. At the Notes field key in MBCHANCE or, at the Purpose field, select “others’ and key in MBCHANCE.

5. Cardholders must input the code: MBCHANCE in the purpose field or notes field before completing the PayNow transaction to earn the raffle entry.

6. Spend period is from August 5 – 25, 2024 only.

7. Deadline of raffle entries is on 11:59 PM, August 25, 2024. The timestamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.

8. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

9. “Valid Spend” includes only Send Money via PayNow transactions using the Metrobank Mobile app. Transactions sent to own accounts, and PaYNow transactions via MIA of Metrobank card are disqualified from this promo.

10. The electronic raffle draw will take place on August 29, 2024 and will virtually be held with the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Backup winners will be drawn on the same date and will replace the winners should the winner(s) be disqualified.

11. All winners will be considered final and will be announced on Metrobank’s social media pages (facebook and Instagram). Winners will also be notified via SMS and Email. Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests after the raffle draw has concluded.

12. Should there be any changes in the mobile number or contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his or her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.

13. Only the tickets will be provided by Metrobank. All other expenses incurred by the winners in attending the event will be care of the raffle winners.

14. Winning cardholders have to claim their tickets at the PETA Theater on September 7, 2024 from 12 NN to 2:00 PM only. The cardholders are responsible for arriving on time to claim the tickets.

    a. Cardholders must provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used
    b. Valid ID
    c. Present the direct notification sent by Metrobank

    A representative may claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents the following:
    a. One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID;
    b. Original or Photocopy of winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and
    c. Signed authorization letter, indicating the full name of the winner and the last 4 digits of the credit card(s) used for the raffle.
    d. Copy of the Metrobank notification sent to the winner.

    Metrobank reserves the right to not release the tickets to representatives with incomplete requirements.

15. Metrobank will not entertain requests to resend notifications once released.

16. Metrobank will not entertain requests to send physical copies of the tickets.

17. All tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable and are forbidden to be re-sold. Tickets are not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.

18. All unused tickets after the show are considered forfeited.

19. Winning cardholders are responsible for tickets once released by Metrobank and the winners are free to share the tickets with others should the cardholder be unavailable to watch the show. Metrobank is not liable for lost tickets and unauthorized use of the tickets.

20. By participating in this promo, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, birthdate, address, mobile number, email address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be used, collected, processed and/or stored by Metrobank in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this promo.

21. By participating in this raffle, all participants and the winner grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or Metrobank social media pages.

22. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the giveaway period. Should the cardholder receive the prize, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the giveaway due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the prize shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

23. Employees of Metrobank including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join.

24. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and Metrobank PayNow Terms and Conditions.

25. Cardholders who claim the prize agree to free Metrobank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Metrobank. Metrobank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, Metrobank shall not entertain any request for indemnity or reimbursement accompanying such claim.

26. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

27. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
