Here's how to join the raffle:

  1. Open the Metrobank App.
  2. Tap "PayBills" and select your credit card as source of account.
  3. Input the biller information.
  4. Key in MB1CHANCE in the notes field.
  5. Review your details and press confirm.

Promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

    Promo Period: March 18 to April 5, 2024.

    The Metrobank exclusive show will be on April 27, 2024 at 2PM.

  3. Deadline of raffle entries is on 11:59 PM, April 5, 2024. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.

  4. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. Cardholders are entitled to one (1) raffle entry only

  5. Metrobank will pick 15 winners of 2 tickets, seats are to be assigned by Metrobank and winning cardholders may receive any of the following tickets:

    • Orchestra Center (3 winners)
    • Orchestra Side (12 winners)
  6. Bills paid using Bills2pay facility is excluded from this promo.

  7. Promo is only valid for PayBills transactions performed using the Metrobank mobile app. Transactions through other channels or platforms such as point of sale or call and delivery are not applicable and will not be honored for this promo.

  8. Raffle draw will be held at the Metrobank Card Center, 6778 Ayala Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati City on April 10, 2024, 11:00 am, with the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Backup winners will be drawn on the same date and will replace the winners should the winner(s) be disqualified.

  9. After the names are draw and checked by DTI representative, Metrobank will announce the winners on social media and will also send notification via registered mail and a private message to the winners to inform all inclusions and exclusions of the prize. The sponsor shall submit to the DTI the list of complete names, addresses, contact numbers of the winners and their corresponding prizes.

  10. Winning cardholders have to claim their tickets at the PETA Theater on April 27, 2024 from 12NN to 2PM only. The cardholders are responsible for arriving on time to claim the tickets.

    a. Cardholders must provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used
    b. Valid ID
    c. Present the direct notification sent by Metrobank

    A representative may claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents the following:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID;
    • Original or Photocopy of winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and
    • Signed authorization letter, indicating the full name of the winner and the last 4 digits of the credit card(s) used for the raffle.
    • Copy of the Metrobank notification sent to the winner.

    Metrobank reserves the right to not release the tickets to representatives with incomplete requirements.

  11. Release of notification:

    a. Notification will be sent by Metrobank based on the registered information on Metrobank’s system. It is the responsibility of the Metrobank cardholder to ensure that their personal information is always updated in Metrobank’s system. Cardholders with no recorded email addresses, address or mobile numbers are disqualified from the promo.

    b. Should there be any changes in the contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his/her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 before a PayBills transaction is performed.

    c. Metrobank will not entertain requests to send e-tickets.

    d. Metrobank will not entertain requests to send physical copies of the tickets.

    e. Metrobank will not entertain requests to send the notification to non-raffle winners.

  12. Ticket terms and conditions:

    a. Cardholders forfeit the reward for not claiming and not using the tickets.

    b. Tickets are not convertible to cash.

    c. Cardholders are forbidden to re-sell the tickets.

    d. Excludes other costs related to the event such as, but not limited to transportation, lodging and food.

  13. Winning cardholders are responsible for tickets once released by Metrobank & the winners are free to share the tickets with others should the cardholder be unavailable to watch the show. Raffle prize is not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services. Metrobank is not liable for lost tickets and unauthorized use of the tickets.

  14. Promo is only valid for successful PayBills transactions.

  15. The terms of use and other restrictions of PayBills and the Metrobank Mobile App shall apply.

  16. By participating in this Promotion, the cardholder agrees and consents that his/her personal data (e.g. name, birthdate, address, mobile number, email address, card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) may be used, collected, processed and/or stored by Metrobank in accordance with its data privacy policy/ies for the purpose of implementing this Promotion.

  17. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the Promotion period. Should a cardholder receive the tickets, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promotion due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the tickets shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  18. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promotion.

  19. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promotion shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Metrobank, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).

  20. Any dispute concerning One More chance, The Musical shall be settled directly between the cardholder and PETA, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).

  21. By participating to this raffle, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information will be shared, processed and/or stored by Metrobank and DTI and shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank and DTI

  22. By participating in this raffle, all participants and the winner grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or Metrobank social media pages.

  23. Employees of Metrobank including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.

  24. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of any promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

  25. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the prize but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the prize shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  26. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  27. Customer who claim the prize agrees to free Metobank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Metrobank. Metrobank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, Metrobank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

  28. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

  29. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
