Visual Tracker: Cardholder can track his/her token codes at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift through logging in with their Metrobank-registered mobile number. Metrobank under ‘MCC’ sender will send the SMS eGC notification for the qualified transaction starting June 30, 2025 and will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system.
Redemption of the Qualified eGCs:

b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database
c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “2025 Q3 More with Zero” tab and enter the registered mobile number.
d. Click the Claim button then click ‘Use This’ button to get your Universal eGC .

To qualify, the principal cardholder must register to the promo and ensure that his/her mobile number is updated in the Metrobank credit card database.
Should there be any changes in the contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his/her contact information in Metrobank credit card’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 and to request for manual registration to the promo. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.
Only registered users will receive the reward for eligible transactions. Cardholder should be registered before transacting his/her qualified spend, in order to be eligible for the promo.
Cardholder can register to the promo by visiting the registration page found in the Metrobank website, from June 15 to August 31, 2025 or until the promo period ends. The cardholder will also receive an SMS or Viber message containing instructions on how to register. An SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number upon successful registration. Only transaction/s made after the successful date of registration will be included in the promo.
Note: The registration process will only ask for cardholder’s mobile number and verification code sent to the registered mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing the registration, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.
Transaction/s made before successful registration will not be qualified for the promo. For principal cardholders with multiple mobile numbers, Metrobank shall apply the first mobile number registered to the primary cardholder’s account found in Metrobank’s database.
By completing the registration, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.
A visual transaction/s and incentive/s tracker where all qualified and posted transactions/s and eGC/s may be accessed at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift or mbcpcp.co/redeem. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker, which will be updated within five (5) banking days after the transaction has been made.
Only 1 token will be provided per qualified transaction, subject to the capping on redemptions.
For 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later transactions, token codes are capped at 3x per cardholder within the promo period. For merchant installment transactions bearing interest, token codes are capped at 3x per cardholder within the promo period.
Successfully registered principal cardholders will also receive instructions to visit the Metrobank website to redeem codes once he/she has reached the qualified spend. Redeeming of codes must be done on or before October 31, 2025.
All unredeemed codes will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Giftaway website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of cardholder to extend the validity of the token code and code once the redemption period has passed.
Cardholders can redeem the Giftaway Universal eGCs or GCash Credits at Giftaway partners such as, but not limited to, The SM Store, Robinsons, Puregold, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, and more. Applicable delivery and other processing / service fees from the stores where the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and shall be shouldered by the cardholder. The Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Giftaway Universal eGC indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply.
The redemption period is until October 31, 2025. All redemption requests made after the redemption period will not be accommodated. All unredeemed token code/s will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and tracker website.
Metrobank will not accommodate cardholder requests to re-send tokens or eGC code/s due to but not limited to the following reasons:
a. Code/s sent successfully to the principal cardholder but accidentally deleted by the cardholder, members of their family or friends due to upgrade or reformatting done to the cardholder’s mobile device.
b. Due to loss, stolen, or defective mobile device;
c. Code/s sent successfully to the principal cardholder’s registered mobile number maintained in Metrobank credit card’s database during the promo and redemption period.
“Valid spending” includes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months of 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions such as, but not limited to, installment purchases of appliances, gadgets, department stores, jewelry, furniture, home improvements, and more. Also applicable for merchant installment transactions with interest.
Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.
All Terms and Conditions relating to the use of Universal Giftaway eGC or Gcash Credits redemption indicated in the Giftaway redemption portal shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway eGC shall be coursed through the chosen merchant.
The incentive cost is valid in conjunction with other merchant installment promotions open to all cardholders, unless otherwise stated.
Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token after October 31, 2025. All questions and issues will only be accepted within the redemption period or not later than October 31, 2025, after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.
Only 1 raffle entry will be provided per qualified transaction.
Deadline of earning raffle entries is on 11:59 p.m., August 31, 2025. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.
Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be inclded in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.
The electronic raffle draw will take place on below scheduled date and will virtually be held in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank. Below table also shows the qualified transaction dates, raffle draw dates, announcement of winners, number of winners to be announced, and the prizes to be won.

Qualified cardholders may only win once.
Winners of the raffle draw will be officially informed first via SMS, e-mail, and registered mail. Should the cardholder be unreachable, winners will then be notified via call-out by Metrobank.
Cashback under this promo will be reflected in the principal cardholder’s statement of account with the transaction description: “More With Zero Raffle Cashback”
By participating in this raffle, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal data: full name, photographs, videos in connection with this promo for marketing purpose and waive any claims to royalty, right, or renumeration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobanks social media pages.
Employees of Metrobank and Giftaway including relatives up to the second degree of consaguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
Availability of 0% installment, the offered installment term/s, and applicable minimum spend requirement/s are subject to the merchant’s discretion.
Full installment amount purchased shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available limit.
All installment items and corresponding installment terms are subject governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of the Metrobank credit card 0% installment programs.
All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank credit card’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
