How do I register in the promo? 

Register at https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift and enter your Metrobank-registered mobile number. The principal cardholder will receive an SMS, Viber, or e-mail containing the instructions on how to join the promo. No links shall be sent through Viber or SMS, in compliance with the BSP.
What are the qualified transactions? 
- Valid for any in-store or online 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction made after registering.
- Also applicable for merchant installment with interest transactions.
How to redeem the qualified eGC? 

Successfully registered principal cardholders will also receive instructions to visit the Metrobank website to redeem codes once he/she has reached the qualified spend. Redeeming of codes must be done until February 28, 2026.

Visual Tracker: Cardholder can track his/her progress at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift through logging in with their Metrobank-registered mobile number. Token codes will be posted on the tracker within five (5) banking days upon completion of the accumulated spend requirement starting on October 20, 2025. Redemption period is from October 20, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
How many eGCs can I get?  

Redemption is capped at 1x per customer. Once a customer has claimed and redeemed, he/she will no longer be able to qualify for a higher reward tier.

The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid

To qualify, the principal cardholder must register to the promo and ensure that his/her mobile number is updated in the Metrobank credit card database. Registering a different mobile number will result in non-qualification of transactions. For principal cardholders with multiple mobile numbers, Metrobank shall recognize the first mobile number registered to the primary cardholder’s account found in Metrobank’s database.
Should there be any changes in the contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his/her contact information in Metrobank credit card’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700. The updated mobile number must be registered to the promo before the qualified transaction.
Cardholder can register to the promo by visiting the registration page found in the Metrobank website. The cardholder will also receive an SMS or Viber message containing instructions on how to register. An SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number upon successful registration. Only transaction/s made after the successful date of registration will be included in the promo.

Note: The registration process will only ask for cardholder’s mobile number and verification code sent to the registered mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing the registration, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

A visual progress tracker where all qualified and posted transactions/s and eGC/s may be accessed at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker, which will be updated within five (5) banking days upon after the transaction has been made starting October 20, 2025.
Only 1 token will be provided per customer, subject to the capping on redemptions. Token will be sent five (5) banking days upon completion of the accumulated spend requirement starting October 20, 2025. Token codes will no longer be sent via SMS in compliance with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
A registered cardholder will only start earning an eGC for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Only transactions/s made after the successful registration be included in computing the total accumulated spend.
Successfully registered principal cardholders will also receive instructions to visit the Metrobank website to redeem codes once he/she has reached the qualified spend. Redeeming of codes must be done until February 28, 2026.
All unredeemed codes will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Giftaway website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of cardholder to extend the validity of the token code and code once the redemption period has passed.
Cardholders can redeem the Giftaway Universal eGCs or GCash Credits starting October 20, 2025 at Giftaway partners such as, but not limited to, The SM Store, Robinsons, Puregold, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, and more. Applicable delivery and other processing / service fees from the stores where the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and shall be shouldered by the cardholder. The Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Giftaway Universal eGC indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway eGC shall be coursed through the chosen merchant.
A PHP 15 transfer fee for e-wallet redemption shall apply on a per redemption basis. Transfer fees are to be shouldered by the recipient e-wallet account.
The Giftaway Universal eGC is transferrable to cardholder’s nominated recipient by clicking on the Share This button. Once clicked, cardholder acknowledges and gives consent that he/she will share the incentive to his/her nominated recipient. Validity of the original token code shall apply. Once the redemption or transfer has been made, Metrobank and Giftaway will not be liable to incorrect entry of mobile number where the incentive was shared. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to double-check the entry upon redemption of the incentive.
The redemption period is from October 20, 2025 to February 28, 2026. All redemption requests made after the redemption period will not be accommodated. All unredeemed token code/s will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and tracker website.
Metrobank will not accommodate cardholder requests to re-upload tokens or eGC code/s in a different mobilenumber, due to but not limited to lost, stolen, or defective mobile number.
“Valid spending” includes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months of 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions such as, but not limited to, installment purchases of appliances, gadgets, department stores, jewelry, furniture, home improvements, and more. Also applicable for merchant installment transactions with interest.
Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.
The incentive cost is valid in conjunction with other merchant installment promotions open to all cardholders, unless otherwise stated.
Metrobank will not oblige to Cardholder’s request to count transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness in the computation of total accumulated spend.
Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token after February 28, 2026 All questions and issues will only be accepted within the redemption period or not later than February 28, 2026, after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
Full installment amount under Metrobank’s 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
All installment purchases and the use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank’s 0% installment program.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
