1. What is the promo offer?

   Get a bonus PHP 1,000 cashback on your FIRST 0% Installment, or Shop Now, Pay Later Transaction on top of ‘More with Zero’ regular incentives for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 25,000.

2. Do I need to register for the promo?

   No registration is needed to qualify in the promo. A pre-qualified cardholder can simply use his or her Metrobank credit card/s on any 0% Installment, and Shop Now, Pay Later transaction for a minimum single-receipt spend to get the cashback. Promo is only available to pre-selected qualified cardholders who received a Viber or SMS message about the promo.

3. What are the qualified transactions?

   Includes all 0% Installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, and Merchant Installment with Interest transactions that meet the PHP 25,000 single-receipt spend requirement. Transaction has to be the first Merchant Installment transaction of the pre-selected qualified customer. 0% Installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, and Merchant Installment with Interest transactions made online are also included in the qualified transactions.

4. What is the promo period and redemption period?

   Promo period is from March 6 to April 30, 2026 only. Redemption period is from March 13 to June 30, 2026.

5. How do I redeem the cashback from my qualified transaction?

   a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift

   b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database

   c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “2026 Q1 More With Zero: Bonus P1,000 Cashback” tab and enter your pre-registered mobile number.

   d. Click the Claim button to get your cashback which will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period.

   Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.
   
   Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

1. How many cashbacks can I get?

   A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cashback for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback.

2. When will the cashback be credited?

   Cashback will be credited 30 business days after the end of the redemption period. Cardholder must redeem before June 30, 2026 to be eligible of cashback crediting on or before August 11, 2026.

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The Promotion is open to pre-selected Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing. The Promotion is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

2. The Promo period is from March 6, 2026 to April 30, 2026. Redemption period is from March 13 to June 30, 2026.

3. Pre-selected qualified principal cardholders can get a bonus PHP 1,000 cashback on their FIRST 0% Installment, or Shop Now, Pay Later Transaction on top of ‘More with Zero’ regular incentive for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 25,000.

4. A pre-qualified cardholder has an option to complete any of the spend requirements stated above to get the associated cashback. Customers can get max of seven (7) cashbacks: one (1) cashback for the PHP 25,000 first MI minimum single-receipt spend, and six (6) more cashbacks for the qualified minimum single-receipt spend from the More with Zero campaign.

5. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and just simply use his or her Metrobank credit card online for any required spends stated above to get the associated cashback.

6. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after the qualified transaction has been made, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to transfer the eGC in the new mobile number associate in his or her account. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

7. By joining this promo, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

8. A visual transaction and incentive tracker where all qualified transactions and corresponding incentive will be available to pre-qualified cardholders starting March 13, 2026. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

9. A pre-qualified customer can redeem the cashback by following the step by step below.

   d. Click the Claim button to get your cashback which will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the redemption period.

10. The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of entitled cashback.

11. A pre-qualified principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) cashback per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback.

12. The pre-qualified customer who reached the minimum spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and he or she will need to claim the cashback which will be credited within 30 business days after the end of the promo period.

13. The cashback will automatically be credited to the principal cardholder’s account within 30 business days after the end of the promo period and/ or redemption period with description: “2026 Q1 More With Zero Bonus”

14. The redemption period is from March 13, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All redemption requests made after the redemption period will not be accommodated. All unredeemed cashback will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

15. “Valid spending” includes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months of 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions such as, but not limited to, installment purchases of appliances, gadgets, department stores, jewelry, furniture, home improvements, and more. Also applicable for merchant installment transactions with interest. Transaction must be the first merchant installment transaction of the pre-qualified customer.

16. Other transactions such as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promo.

17. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

18. Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the token code past June 30, 2026. All questions and issues will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than June 30, 2026 after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.

19. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the cashback. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

20. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

21. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

22. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

23. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

24. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

25. The use of Metrobank credit cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards.

26. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
