  • One (1) raffle entry when you apply and get approved for a Metrobank Visa Credit Card.

  • One (1) raffle entry when you activate and use your Metrobank Visa Credit Card for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000 anywhere, including PayNow.

  • One (1) raffle entry for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000 for international spend (card present and card not present).

  • Five (5) raffle entries for a minimum single-receipt installment spend of PHP 20,000. Valid for 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later in all tenors.

  • Ten (10) raffle entries for a minimum accumulated spend of PHP 100,000 for travel-related and international spends (card present and card not present).


  • Registration: The principal cardholder will receive an SMS or Viber message blast containing the registration process at the start of the promo period. Once received, the principal cardholder must register and follow the steps below:

    a. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
    b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database.
    c. In the Available Promos section, click “Visa Cash App RB SG 2024” and enter your mobile number to register in the promo.
    d. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

    New-to-bank credit card applicants must use their mobile number at the time of the application.

  • Qualified Transactions: Includes all retail straight, merchant installment such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurant, PayNow transactions, local and international travel-related transactions under Airlines, Air Carriers, Lodging Hotels, Motels Resorts, Airports, Travel Agencies, and Cruise Lines with merchant category codes stated below and card present & ecommerce transactions made overseas or international.

  • Computation of Accumulated Spend: Multiple Metrobank Visa Credit Cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and posted transaction transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metobank Visa Credit Card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in computing the total minimum accumulated spend.

  • Change in Mobile Number: If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  • Visual Tracker and Redemption: Metrobank under MCC sender will send an SMS notification for the qualified transaction and cardholders can check their total raffle entries at https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift starting July 22, 2024. Credit Card purchases (straight retail, merchant installment, travel-related transactions and international transactions) and new credit card approvals will be posted on the tracker within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system.

  • Promo Period: The promo period is from July 17 to August 15, 2024 only.

  • Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will be on August 23, 2024 and will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages. Winners will be notified via SMS/e-mail, registered mail or call-out by Metrobank.

  5. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration will not qualify for the raffle.

    a. Visit Metrobank website at www.metrobank.com.ph
    b. Scroll down and click the "Promos" button.
    c. Search for “Visa Cash App RB SG 2024"
    d. Visit https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift
    e. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database.
    f. In the Available Promos section, click “Visa Cash App RB SG 2024” and enter mobile to register in the promo.
    g. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

  6. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  7. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from July 17 to August 15, 2024 and must follow the registration process stated in number 5 promo mechanics. A successful SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after the successful registration. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the successful SMS.

    Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

  8. A registered cardholder will start earning a raffle entry for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Transaction/s made before the successful registration as long as registered will be included in the raffle.

  9. Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.

  10. By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway.

  11. A visual transaction and tracker where the qualified transaction/s and raffle entr/ies will be available to registered cardholders starting by July 22, 2024. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated once every week or within 6 business days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send token SMS with links in compliance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

  13. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes PayNow transferred to his or her own account, PayBills, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promotion.

  14. Terms and Conditions:

    A. Visa Cash App RB SG 2024 Experience

    a. The electronic raffle draw will be on August 23, 2024, 2PM. Qualified transactions of the registered customers for this raffle is from July 17 to August 15, 2024 only (refer to promo mechanics #4 for the full details). It will be virtually held with the presence of a representative from DTI, Giftaway, and Metrobank. Winners will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages and will be notified via e-mail or call-out by Metrobank within 5 banking days after electronic raffle draw.

    b. Once notified, the winner must confirm and provide the necessary details within 3 banking days or no later than August 26, 2024 in time for the Singapore Race on September 20 to 23, 2024. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner upon prior approval from DTI.

    c. Cardholder agrees that his or her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provide, Giftaway.

    d. Winners may only win once and agrees to be featured in our social media platform (Facebook and Instagram).

    e. Winners of the raffle draw must present the followings to claim the prize:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID
    • An active and valid passport with at least 6 months validity from September 20, 2024.
    • Qualified Metrobank Visa credit card

    f. A representative may claim the price on behalf of the winner provided he / she presents the following:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID;
    • Winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and
    • Notarized and signed authorization letter

    g. The 20% tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000 will be shouldered by Metrobank.

    h. After receiving the notification from Metrobank, our partners from Visa will directly coordinate with the winner regarding the trip schedule and details. The winner should travel from September 20 to 23, 2024 in time for the Singapore Race 2024.

    i. Terms and conditions for the flights:

    • Business-class flights are non-changeable and non-refundable, and non-transferrable once ticketed.

    • Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.

    • The dates of the flights shall be determined by Metrobank and Visa. No rebooking or change of dates.

    • Only the cost of flights are covered. Excludes other costs related to travel such as passport / travel visa processing, room incidentals, travel insurance, additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, and incidental expenses while in transit, etc.

    • All other ancillary costs, except those stated above, incurred by the winner will be the responsibility of the winner.

    • The winner shall be responsible for any (if any) additional costs and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s claiming and/or acceptance of the prize.

    j. Visa’s travel agency partner will process the trip package and the customer will agree to provide his or her personal information to the said travel agency.

    k. Tickets to the Singapore Race 2024, whether awarded as a prize and/or included as part of a promotion, must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all the applicable terms and conditions prescribed for such tickets from time to time by the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Committee. Such terms and conditions are contained in the Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tickets and include prohibitions against any use of the ticket in connection with any commercial promotion or contest without the consent of the organizing committee and the unauthorised sale of the ticket. By accepting tickets as a prize and/or as part of a promotion, the holder is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.

    l. The winners should use his or her Metrobank Visa credit card for the entire trip as long as the establishments can accept cards.

    m. By claiming the prize, the winner grants Metrobank and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or social media pages.

    B. Consolation Prizes Visa Cash App RB SG 2024 Experience

    a. After the electronic raffle of the Visa Cash App RB SG 2024 Experience a representative from DTI, Giftaway, and Metrobank will draw 19 winners of the Official VCARB merchandise (Polo Shirt, T-Shirt, Sweatshirt without Hood and Sweatshirt with Hood). Winners will be announced via Metrobank Card’s social media pages and will be notified via e-mail or call-out by Metrobank within 10 banking days after electronic raffle draw.

    b. Cardholder agree that his or her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Metrobank’s service provide, Giftaway.

    c. Winners may only win once.

    d. Winners of the raffle draw must present the following to claim the prize:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID; and
    • Qualified Metrobank credit card

    e. A representative may claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he / she presents the following:

    • One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID;
    • Winner’s valid and unexpired Government ID; and
    • Notarized and signed authorization letter

    f. Once Metrobank received all the necessary documents and information, Metrobank will directly deliver the item to the address of the cardholder stated in Metrobank’s database.

    g. Prizes are transferrable but not converted to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.

    h. Winners must post the consolation prize in their social media pages and tag Metrobank Card’s official pages.

  15. Deadline of raffle entries is on 11:59 PM, August 15, 2024. The time stamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis to identify the qualified transactions.

  16. Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.

  17. Any unclaimed tickets(s) shall be forfeited to Metrobank. Metrobank will not entertain special requests for ticket pickup or delivery.

  18. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or applied to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemption will be considered final. It’s the cardholder obligation to make sure that his or her preferred incentive is correct.

  19. Employees of Metrobank, Visa and other third party agenc/ies of Metrobank and Visa including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.

  20. Customer who claim the prize agrees to free Metobank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Metrobank. Metrobank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, Metrobank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

  21. Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, Visa Canada Corporation, Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd., Visa Europe Ltd., Visa Europe Services Inc., Visa Do Brasil Empreendimentos LTDA, Visa International Servicios de Pago España, S.R.L.U. and those entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, any of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and each of their respective client financial institutions and merchants, and each of the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of all of the foregoing (collectively, “Visa”), Block, Inc., MKTG, Inc., the Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team (the “Team”) and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing (each, a “Visa Party” and collectively, the “Visa Parties”) and any other Team and F1 commercial sponsors are not responsible for the administration of the promotion. The Team is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion including the fulfilment of any prizes. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the prize the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry and COVID-19 requirements. The prize is not negotiable and the winners/recipients must not re-sell or transfer the prize in any way, unless otherwise approved. In the event of the prize being unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the promoter. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the prize. So far as is permitted by law the Visa Parties and other Team sponsors, and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the promotion of FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2024; and (ii) any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it. By participating in this promotion, you understand and agree that you are not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights) in relation to the Team or of FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2024 and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions or other activities.

  22. In exchange for being allowed to participate in the promotion, each winner/recipient hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify the Visa Parties from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind (collectively, “Claims”), arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with his or her participation in the promotion. The winner/recipient further covenants and agrees that for the consideration stated above, he or she will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against any Visa Party for any claim for damages arising or growing out of his or her participation in the promotion whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  23. A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank Visa credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the incentive. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  24. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  25. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  26. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  27. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
