- Cashback is capped for one-time availment per customer, per account for every specified promo date (every Thursday) within the promo period. Customers are eligible for cashback if they have a transaction meeting the minimum single-receipt spend on any of the succeeding promo dates within the promo period. Registration via https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift prior to the transaction is required to be eligible for the cashback.

To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. Registration period is from August 1 to October 31, 2024 only and is valid for Philippine-based mobile numbers only. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the SMS confirming successful registration. Non or late registration shall disqualify cardholders from the promo.

Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changes and/or updates his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

By completing registration process, cardholders agree that their personal data shall be shared to, collected and processed by Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Giftaway.

A registered cardholder will receive the cashback for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. Transaction/s made before the successful registration will not earn a cashback.

The promo and cashback entitlement is based on a customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards under the same customer number will be considered as one unique cardholder. Qualified and transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or other Metrobank credit card/s (if any) which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of cashback.

Registered principal cardholders are entitled to a maximum of one (1) cashback per customer number for each specified promo date within the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) cashback limit per specified transaction date.

The cashback of the principal cardholder will be credited to the cardholder’s account within 60 business days after the end of the promo period with description: FlyDeals Agoda Cashback

A cardholder and transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the eGCs. If the cardholder does not pay for his or her balances because of his or her concern/s Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
