Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Cardholders splitting transactions to earn more raffle entries may be excluded from the raffle.

Crediting of Cashback: Cashback will be automatically credited to qualified principal cardholder’s account within 30 banking days after the end of the promo period or February 26, 2026. Cashback redemption on the Giftaway website is not required.
Posting of Transactions on the Giftaway website: Starting October 27, 2025, qualified transactions will be updated in the tracker within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted and verified in the Metrobank system.
Change in Mobile Number: If a cardholder changes and/or updates his/her mobile number after successful registration, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling our Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he/she changed and/or updated his/her mobile number and would like to register his/her new mobile number. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from October 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026 and must follow the registration process stated in #4. No confirmatory SMS means the registration was not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the SMS confirming successful registration.
Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for mobile number and verification code sent to the registered mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.
A registered cardholder’s qualified transactions will start being included in the computation of the total accumulated spend requirement only after successful registration.
Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.
By completing the registration, cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank and Giftaway.
A visual transaction and incentive tracker via Giftaway website (https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/) with qualified transactions and raffle entries will be available to registered cardholders starting October 27, 2025. Prior transaction/s earned will also be shown on the tracker by October 27, 2025.
Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in the Metrobank system.
Metrobank will no longer send SMS with clickable links in compliance with BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.
“Qualified Transactions” for the accumulated spend cashback include all straight retail transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, boutiques, drug stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, Pay Bills and foreign currency transactions. PayNow transactions are excluded from this offer.
“Non-qualified Transactions” for the accumulated spend cashback include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments/mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010 and 6011 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as PayNow, Bills2Pay, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, and Cash2Go transactions.
“Qualified Transactions” for the PHP 1,000,000 raffle include all retail straight transactions worth at least P2,000 such as purchases at groceries, department stores, boutiques, drug stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order and foreign currency transactions, and PayNow (except for transfers made to cardholder’s own account).
“Non-qualified Transactions” for the PHP 1,000,000 raffle include all merchant installment transactions, mobile payments/mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010 and 6011 found in Metrobank’s database, as well as new and existing Bills2Pay enrollments and amortizations of previous Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Balance Conversion and Cash2Go transactions.
A registered and qualified cardholder will receive his/her cashback reward within 30 banking days from the end of the promo period or on or before February 26, 2026. Cashback earned will be rewarded as a credit adjustment to the principal credit card account and will be reflected in the statement of account. The cashback may be used to offset the account balance of the credit card account and is not allowed for cash refund.
Cashback under this promo will be reflected in the principal cardholder’s statement of account with the transaction description: “P1,000 Cashback for Have a Merry Million Promo” or “PHP 3,000 Cashback for Have a Merry Million Promo”
Cashback earned is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Cashback earned cannot be transferred to other accounts or customers.
Cashback entitlement is based on a per-customer level. Multiple Metrobank credit cards with the same customer number can only avail once.
Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or with the same Metrobank credit card/s which share the same customer number will be combined in the one-time cashback entitlement.
A principal cardholder is entitled to one-time cashback crediting per customer for the duration of the promo period regardless of the number of times cardholder has reached the minimum accumulated spend. Supplementary cardholders’ transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one-time cashback crediting.
The registered and qualified cardholder who reached the accumulated spend requirement will receive a confirmation SMS from Metrobank once the cashback has been credited to his/her account.
All applicable credit card fees such as but not limited to annual fees shall be automatically charged to the cashback amount. No further waivers or exemptions from these fees will be granted under any circumstances.
Deadline for earning of raffle entries is on 11:59 p.m., January 15, 2026. The timestamp on Metrobank’s platform will be the basis for the timing of the qualified transactions.
Raffle entries earned within the promo period will be electronically generated and will automatically be included in the raffle draw. There is no cap for the amount of raffle entries a cardholder can earn.
The electronic raffle draw will take place on January 28, 2026 and will virtually be held in the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank.
Winner of the raffle draw will be officially informed first via SMS and e-mail. Should the cardholder be unreachable, winners will then be notified via registered mail and/or call-out by Metrobank.
Winner for the PHP 1,000,000 cashback raffle prize will be contacted by Metrobank’s customer service representative and will be requested to submit the following via email at customerservice@metrobankcard.com:
a. Notarized Quit Claim Form
b. Digital copy of 1 valid and unexpired government ID
c. Digital copy of the front of the winning Metrobank credit card
The winner must submit the abovementioned within five (5) business days. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be rewarded to a back-up winner with prior approval from DTI.
By participating in the raffle, all participants and winner(s) grant Metrobank exclusive permission to use and disclose the following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) photographs and (iii) videos in connection with this promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Metrobank’s websites, or Metrobank’s social media pages.
By submitting photos and videos, or by consenting to have photos or videos taken by a Metrobank representative, the participant agrees to their use for promotional purposes. If no photos or videos are submitted, it will be understood that the participant does not consent to the use of their photos or videos, but allows the use of their full name in social media announcements and promotions.
Employees of Metrobank and Giftaway including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo and forfeits their right to the promo prize if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the prize or crediting of the cashback. Metrobank receives the right to reward the raffle prize to the next available winner drawn with a presence of a DTI representative. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of the promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment of cardholder’s credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.
This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, unless otherwise stated.
All questions or issues will be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than March 16, 2026.
Metrobank will not accommodate cardholders’ request to be rewarded for transactions made without registration due to lack of awareness for the promo.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.
All terms and conditions relating to the use of registration and incentive tracking indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
