The promo is open to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid cards. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

3. Promo period is from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 only.

4. The promo is available for in-store purchases only at any MC Home Depot store nationwide.

5. Straight purchases, 0% interest installment purchases for 3 months and Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days are qualified for this promo.

6. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

7. 0% Installment Terms and Conditions:

   • Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
   • All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
   • All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

8. Raffle Promotion Terms and Conditions:

   • Customers must:
     a) Redeem the raffle ticket at the Customer Service Office in MC Home Depot.
     b) Write their COMPLETE name, address, contact number, email address, and; affix their signature on each raffle ticket.
     c) Drop their raffle Tickets in the designated drop boxes located at the customer service counter of any MC Home Depot Branch.
     d) Deadline of submission entries: December 31, 2024 at MC Home Depot until 3:00 PM.

   • Raffle draw will be held at MC Home Depot, Adobe Building Ground Floor, Parqal Aseana City Diosdado Macapagal, on January 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

   • Prizes at stake in the raffle are as follows:
     a) One (1) winner of a 2024 HYUNDAI CUSTIN,1.5 T-GDI GLS 8AT
     b) SIX (6) winners of HONDA DIO 110. ONE winner will be drawn for each branch: MC Home Depot Branches – BGC, Lancaster, Ortigas Center, Ortigas Extension, Parqal Aseana, and Pampanga.

   • Winners can win only once. The prize of higher value is awarded to the customer should his/her name be drawn more than once. A new winner shall be drawn, should a winner be drawn more than once for a prize of equal or lesser value.

   • Winners’ names will be posted in MC Home Depot’s Social Media pages, and; displayed publicly in all MC Home Depot Customer Service Offices, in all Branches.

     • Prizes are not convertible to cash or other item.
     • Winners will be notified thru telephone, email and registered mail. Prizes can be claimed at the Administration Office of MC Home Depot ORTIGAS Center Pasig City.

   • Winners are responsible for the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 in value and any other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize.

   • To claim his/her prize, the winner must present the letter of notification and the winning claim stub for verification. The winner must also present 2 valid IDs (i.e. Passport, driver’s license, voter’s ID, SSS/TIN Cards).

   • If the prize remains unclaimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice, it shall be forfeited upon prior approval by DTI.

   • Owners and Employees of MC Home Depot and all our suppliers and tenants including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join the raffle promo.

10. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

11. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

12. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.

13. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the prize, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, a new winner will be drawn by MC Home Depot.

14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

15. Any dispute concerning the products, services and prizes related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and MC Home Depot, with the concurrence of the DTI. MC Home Depot agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
