Registration: Register at https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/ > Swipe & Find > Match 2 Win and enter your Metrobank-registered mobile number. The principal cardholder will receive an SMS, Viber message or e-mail containing the instructions on how to join the promo. Transaction/s made before successful registration will NOT be qualified for the promo. Registration period is from May 17 to June 30, 2024.

Redemption Limits:

Principal cardholders are entitled to:

  • 1 Play Token to play Match 2 Win for a chance to win up to PHP 10,000 Instant eGCs per minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 3,000 (capped at 10 Play Tokens per cardholder).

  • PHP 100 eGC token codes (Capped at 10 token codes per cardholder only) + 1 Play Token to Match 2 Win for a chance to win up to PHP 10,000 instant eGC (capped at 10 Play Tokens per cardholder) per minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 5,000.

Match 2 Win: Once Play Token is awarded, the cardholder will be able to use 1 Play Token to play the Match 2 Win Game at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift. Tap 2 cards, for a chance to Match a winning combination. Get two (2) same design cards to win Instant eGift Certificates (eGC) (PHP 100, PHP 500, PHP 1,000, PHP 5,000 or PHP 10,000).

Visual Tracker: Cardholders can track their instant eGCs or Play Tokens for claiming at metrobankcard.mymcc.gift beginning May 30, 2024. Prior transactions will be shown upon the tracker set-up date, while transactions made subsequent to the tracker set-up date will be reflected within to seven (7) banking days after the qualified transaction has been made. Cardholders shall receive an SMS notification each qualified transaction has been posted and is ready for redemption. A principal cardholder is entitled up to ten (10) instant eGCs token codes & twenty (20) Play Tokens for the duration of the promo per unique Metrobank customer. Redemption period is from May 30, 2024 to August 31, 2024.


  1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Mastercard / Visa, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard / Visa, M Free Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid Cards.

  2. Promo and registration period is from May 17, 2024 to June 30, 2024 only.

  3. Cardholders who reach the minimum spend requirement and criteria as specified below shall be qualified for:

  1. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s database and is required to register for the promo. Should there be any changes in the mobile number or contact details within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to update his or her contact information in Metrobank’s database by calling the Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 and to request for manual registration to the promo. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  2. The principal cardholder must register for the promo by visiting the registration page found in the Metrobank website from May 17 to June 30, 2024 and entering his/her Metrobank-registered mobile number. A confirmatory SMS will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration. Transaction/s made before successful registration will NOT qualify for the promo. Metrobank will not accommodate any request to be rewarded for transactions made before or without registration due to lack of awareness. The time of the successful registration shall be based on the time the notification SMS was sent to the principal cardholder.

  3. As a reminder, the registration page will only ask for the cardholder’s mobile number and the verification code sent to the mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for the card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP or other card details via links or web pages found in e-mails, SMS or phone calls.

  4. Supplementary cardholders are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s.

  5. By completing the registration, the cardholder agrees that his/her personal data shall be shared to, collected and processed by Metrobank’s service provider, Giftaway, and shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other terms and conditions of Giftaway.

  6. A visual transaction and incentive tracker will be available to registered cardholders starting May 30, 2024. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker once set up in the Giftaway portal. (https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/) Prior transactions will be shown upon the tracker set-up date, while transactions made subsequent to the tracker set-up date will be reflected within seven (7) banking days after the qualified transaction has been made.

  7. "Qualified Transactions” include all retail straight transactions such as purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, foreign currency transactions, etc.

  8. “Non-qualified Transactions” include all installment transactions, PayNow, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database.

  9. The computation of the required spend and incentive entitlement will be based on a customer level. Each unique Metrobank customer is entitled to up to ten (10) instant eGCs token codes & twenty (20) Play Tokens for the duration of the promo period per. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the incentive computation that the principal cardholder may be entitled to.

  10. Successfully registered principal cardholders will also receive instructions to visit the Metrobank website to redeem their earned token codes or Play Tokens. Redemption period is from May 30, 2024 until August 31, 2024.

  11. All unredeemed token codes or Play Tokens will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Giftaway website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of cardholders to extend the validity of the token codes or Play Tokens once the redemption period has passed.

  12. Cardholders can use 1 Play Token to play the Match 2 Win Game at https://metrobankcard.mymcc.gift/. Tap 2 cards, for a chance to match a winning combination. Get two (2) same design cards to win Instant eGift Certificates (eGC) token codes worth PHP 100, PHP 500, PHP 1,000, PHP 5,000 or PHP 10,000. Get two (2) different design cards, then the cardholder is not eligible for any token codes.

  13. Cardholders can redeem the Giftaway Universal eGCs tokens at Giftaway partners such as, but not limited to, The SM Store, Robinsons, Puregold, Shopee, Grab, Lazada, and more. Applicable delivery and other processing service fees from the stores where the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and shall be shouldered by the cardholder.

  1. The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Giftaway Universal eGC indicated in the Giftaway platform shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway eGC or the products or services redeemed shall be coursed through Giftaway or the chosen merchant. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute.

  2. A PHP 15 transfer fee for e-wallet redemption shall apply on a per redemption basis. Transfer fees will be shouldered and charged to the recipient’s e-wallet account.

  3. The promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, unless otherwise stated.

  4. All disputes and issues relating to the promo will only be accepted until sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than August 31, 2024.

  5. The prize/reward of the cardholder, if any, shall be determined by the following:

    a. The resulting popup message after each play; and
    b. Match 2 Win internal validated database and logs.

    Consistency of the items above shall determine whether the player has won a prize, as well as what the prize is for each play.

  6. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the eGC or Play Tokens. Any question or dispute related to cardholder’s availment of any promo shall not be a valid reason for non-payment by the cardholder of his/her credit card bill or outstanding balance. Metrobank will not be liable for any accrued charges to cardholder’s account.

  7. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  8. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  9. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  10. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
