Promo Period and Offer
The “Master Your Wealth” Asset Master Incentives Promo (“promo”) for select Metrobank clients is from June 21 to September 21, 2024 and is extended until December 31, 2024 (“promo period”), as approved by DTI-FTEB.
The promo is open to select Metrobank clients who:
a. Will invest in AXA Asset Master for at least PHP 5,000,000 or USD 100,000; and
b. Are classified as Moderate to Aggressive risk profile
Qualified clients will be eligible to receive PHP 30,000 GiftAway gift vouchers (“eGifts”) for every PHP 5,000,000 / USD 100,000 AXA Asset Master insurance face value booked through their Investment Specialists within the promo period.
Details on how to redeem the eGifts will be sent by Metrobank to the client’s registered email address after 60 business days from AXA Asset Master policy issuance date (inclusive of the 15-day cooling-off period).
Giftaway Redemption Process
Client will receive an email from Metrobank with the unique GiftAway link.
Client must copy and paste the link to his/her browser.
Client must enter the 4-character PIN received from Metrobank through SMS in the field provided.
Once the eGift PIN has been successfully entered, the client will be redirected to a GiftAway page which displays the list of his/her eGift codes.
Client must click on the eGift that s/he wishes to redeem by clicking the “use” button.
Client must select his/her preferred brand or item, check the Terms & Conditions, and redeem the eGift.
Your data is in good hands. Metrobank is committed to protecting your privacy under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We will collect and process your personal data, such as your first name, mobile number, email address, and the last four (4) digits of your account number, only to qualify you for the “Master Your Wealth Campaign,” in line with our Privacy Policy.
Your data will be kept for the duration of one (1) year from the promo period. This Privacy Notice may be updated as needed; we'll inform you via email. Please check this page periodically for updates.
An investment of at least PHP 5,000,000 or USD 100,000 is required to qualify for the promo.
The client must book the AXA Asset Master through his/her assigned Metrobank Investment Specialist within the promo period.
Qualified clients are eligible for eGifts worth PHP 30,000 for every PHP 5,000,000 or USD 100,000 AXA Asset Master investment.
The qualified client will only be entitled to the eGift incentive once his/her AXA Asset Master application has been approved and once the 15-day cooling-off period has ended.
The 15-day cooling-off period will be observed wherein the client can still rescind his/her decision to purchase AXA Asset Master.
If, after awarding of eGifts, a client’s policy for AXA Asset Master is deemed invalid/cancelled by the client within one (1) year from date of policy issuance, Metrobank and AXA reserve the right to perform the following:
a. Where the client chooses to keep the eGifts or where the eGifts have been redeemed and/or consumed, the client agrees and authorizes the Bank to debit his/her account for the equivalent value in Php of eGifts received/redeemed/consumed by him/her; or
b. Where the client chooses to return the eGifts, Metrobank will invalidate these eGifts, rendering them unusable in the Giftaway system.
eGifts have no expiry date.
The eGifts are transferrable but non-convertible to cash or any other product. Once the eGift codes have been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the client while the fulfillment will be the accountability of Giftaway.
The client must ensure that his/her email address and mobile number registered with the bank are updated and active. The Bank will not be liable if the client provided an invalid email address and mobile number resulting to the Bank’s inability to send the eGift PIN successfully.
Any inquiries/dispute/complaints on client eligibility, the eGift incentive, and redemption will be settled directly between the client and Metrobank.
Any inquiries/dispute/complaints on AXA Asset Master will be settled directly between the client and AXA Philippines.
