Promo Period and Promo Offer

  1. The Metrobank & Lazada 11.11 Biggest Sale of the Year Promo (“promo”) will run from November 10 to 30, 2024 (“promo period”).

  2. The promo is open to all Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders who will shop at the Lazada mobile app only.

  3. Qualified cardholders are entitled to the following offers:

    a. PHP 500 discount for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 3,000, available from November 10, 2024 8PM to November 11, 2024 11:59PM only; and
    b. PHP 300 discount for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 2,500, available from November 12 to 30, 2024.

  4. The discount can be availed by cardholders who will link their Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card to the Lazada app and will collect the voucher from the Partner Promo Page accessible via the app’s Voucher Center.

  5. Discount will apply automatically at the Checkout Page when the linked Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card is selected as the payment method.

How to Avail of the Discount

  1. Download the Lazada app for free via App Store for Apple users or via Google Play store for Android users.

  2. Visit the Voucher Center from the app’s homepage. Select “More Vouchers” and look for Payment Vouchers. Click “See More” to be redirected to the Partner Promo Page to collect the discount voucher. In collecting the voucher:

    a. Cardholder should click “Collect”.
    b. Once the cardholder clicks “Collect” but does not have a bound card that matches the Metrobank & Lazada 11.11 Biggest Sale of the Year Promo voucher, the cardholder will be redirected to the Credit / Debit Card Binding Page.
    c. Cardholder must enter his/her Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® card details.
    d. The cardholder must ensure that the binding/linking process is successful.
    e. Once the cardholder successfully links his/her card, the voucher will be automatically added to his/her voucher wallet.

  3. Select the item/s you wish to purchase then click “Add to Cart”.

  4. Click the Shopping Cart icon to view items on Cart.

  5. Select the item/s you wish to complete the order for and click “Check Out”.

  6. Enter your shipping and billing information and select “Credit/Debit Card” as payment method.

  7. Make sure to check if the discount was applied to the total billing before proceeding to place the order.

  8. Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promo is valid for cardholders who will meet the single-receipt purchase requirement on the Lazada app of at least PHP 3,000 from November 10, 2024 8PM to November 11, 2024 11:59PM and/or at least PHP 2,500 from November 12 to 30, 2024.

  2. Minimum spend refers to the total price of selected items in cart prior to any discounts and other charges, including shipping fees.

  3. Discount will apply automatically at the checkout provided that the discount voucher has already been collected.

  4. Discount can be applied to Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® card transactions only.

  5. Eligible Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cardholders can avail once per promo offer i.e. once for the PHP 500 discount offer from November 10-11, 2024 and once for the PHP 300 discount offer from November 12-30, 2024.

  6. Discount cannot be transferred and converted to cash, credit, or other Metrobank products and services.

  7. Discount value cannot be applied retroactively.

  8. Discount cannot be applied to items marked “Voucher not applicable on this item”.

  9. Discount cannot be applied to digital goods, stores with digital goods or product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code), and other goods from blacklisted sellers set by Lazada.

  10. All cancelled orders by cardholders will not be valid for re-instatement of vouchers.

  11. The use of the payment voucher is subject to the Lazada Voucher Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  12. Metrobank is not an agent of Lazada Philippines and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided on the Lazada platform. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided by Lazada Philippines and/or its merchants should be directed to Lazada Philippines.

  13. The use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Prime Debit and Prepaid Mastercard® cards.
