Should a cardholder receive this discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or an authorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit and prepaid card account.

12. Any amendments in the terms and conditions are subject to DTI approval.

13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

14. Any dispute the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Concept Store Inc. (Herschel) with the concurrence of the DTI.

15. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

NEW ERA

1. The Promo is open only to all cardholders in good standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa and Travel Platinum Visa. The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Prime Debit and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo period is from February 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023 only.

3. Qualified cardholders can get 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 4,500 at New Era using their Metrobank Credit Cards.

   • Limited releases are excluded in the promo.

   • Promo is available in-store and online.

5. To avail of the Promo in-store, Metrobank cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank credit card through its Point-Of-Sale Terminal. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank Credit Card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, even he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

To avail the promo online:

b. Add item/s to shopping bag.

c. Use coupon code NEWERAMB and proceed to checkout.

d. Select Credit Card payment method and use your qualified Metrobank Credit Card to pay. You will be redirected to a payment link for payment details.

e. Fill-up Billing and Shipping Address and Submit order to proceed.

14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and New Era, with the concurrence of the DTI. New Era agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
