4. Promo prices are valid for 0% installment up to 24 months. Also valid for Shop Now, Pay Later. Straight transactions are excluded from the discount promo.

5. The discount is automatically applied at the store upon purchase, subject to the cardholder’s compliance with the product type and 0% installment transaction term requirement.

6. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashbacks is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 10 minutes.

7. Full installment price under Metrobank’s 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

8. All installment purchases are subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

9. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. 13. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Power Mac Center and The Loop with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
