Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashbacks is prohibited. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 10 minutes.

ABENSON, ELECTROWORLD, and AUTOMATIC CENTRE agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute. 

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.
