- The referrer shall be entitled to receive an incentive if the referee has valid investment made during the promo period.
- In case of multiple referrers referring the same person, the incentive will be awarded to the referrer whose unique referral code appeared on the referee’s successful application.
- There is no cap to the number of incentives that can be awarded to the referrer. Only primary accountholders will receive the incentive.
- The referee shall also be entitled to receive an incentive once, regardless of the number of successful onboarding and placement. Only primary accountholders will receive the incentive.
- The Lazada vouchers are transferrable but non-convertible to cash or any other product. Once the voucher code has been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the client while the fulfillment will be the accountability of Lazada.
- All unredeemed Lazada vouchers from the promo will be forfeited after December 31, 2025 (“Redemption Period”).
- Metrobank reserves the right to end the promo in the event that the maximum code redemption is reached.
- Metrobank employees and other third-party agencies directly involved on this promo, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in the promo.
- Any dispute to the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the client and Metrobank.
