5. Accommodation

   a. The promo is available for direct bookings only.

   b. The promo is inclusive of the following:

   • welcome drinks

   • use of hotel facilities: swimming pool, beach, fitness center, and game room

   • access to Mövenpick Chocolate Hour, daily from 3pm to 4pm

   • buffet breakfast at The Sails restaurant

   • Value Added Tax, and Service Charge

   c. Standard allowable occupancies apply.

   • Deluxe Atrium: 2 adults and 1 kid

   • Deluxe Seaview: 2 adults and 1 kid

   • Premier One Bedroom Suite: 2 adults and 1 kid

   • Premier Family Two Bedroom Suite Ocean Front: 4 adults and 2 kids

   d. Extra person rate is P2,000.00 net per night inclusive of breakfast. Allowable extra person varies per room type.

   • Deluxe Atrium, Seaview and Premier One Bedroom: only one (1);

   • Family Two Bedroom Suite Ocean Front: up to two (2)

   e. Maximum of 1 kid is allowed for Deluxe, Deluxe Seaview and Premier One Bedroom Suite. Maximum of 2 kids are allowed for Premier Family Two Bedroom Suite Ocean Front per room. Kids 4 years old and below can get free buffet breakfast. Kids 5 to 11 years old shall be charged P600 for buffet breakfast.

   f. The offer is not applicable for extensions of stay.

   g. Change of stay dates and cancellation are allowed at least 21 days prior to arrival, provided the new stay date is still within the stay period. If new stay date is outside of the booking and stay period, the foregoing offer will no longer apply.

   h. Cardholders must be present during check-in and must present the Metrobank card used in booking and his/her valid government-issued ID. In case that the guest is not the Metrobank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Metrobank card used and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.

   i. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited.

6. Dining

   • Applicable for dine-in transactions only.

   • Promo is valid for check-in and day tour guests.

   • Discount is applicable to total food and drinks bill only. Service Charge and Value-Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the discount, and shall be charged based on the original price.

7. Spa

   • Applicable on any services and treatments.

   • Promo is valid for check-in and day tour guests.

   • Reservation is encouraged.

8. Terms and Conditions:

   a. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promotion.

   b. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank Card through Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu’s Point-Of-Sale terminal or official payment link provided.

   c. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified Metrobank Card.

   d. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

   e. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

   f. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu.

   g. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

   h. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards. In such a dispute, Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu shall have no liability.

   i. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the promo, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the promo shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

   j. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

   k. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

   l. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

   m. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

   n. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
