What are the qualified credit cards for the promo?

The Promotion is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The Promotion is not applicable to ON Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Debit, Metrobank Prepaid, Metrobank Corporate Cards, and Metrobank Dollar Mastercard cards.

What is the promo and redemption period?

• Promo period: January 5, 2026 to June 15, 2026

• Stay period: January 5, 2026 to June 30, 2026

• Blackout dates: February 16 to 19, 2026, April 2 to 5, 2026.

b. Intent to avail the Metrobank promo must be mentioned

c. Kandaya Resort will acknowledge the e-mail and send a booking confirmation with package computation and payment deadline within 24 hours upon booking.

d. For payment, Kandaya Resort will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank credit card must be used to settle the payment.

e. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.

f. Cardholder must present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.

Terms and Conditions:

a. Promo can be availed at: Kandaya Resort, Agujo, Daanbantayan, Cebu

b. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN.

c. Above rates are good for two adults; net per room/night.

d. Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.

e. Daya Rooms are not included.

f. Upon check-in, guest must present the Metrobank Credit Card together with a valid government-issued ID card.

g. Extra Person Rate:

• 6-12 years old: P982 per person with breakfast

• 13 years old and above: P1,841.25 per person with breakfast

h. Child Policy: 0-5 is free of charge when sharing with parents (max. of 2 kids)

i. Rebooking Policy: Rebooking not allowed.

j. Cancellation/No-Show/Refund: Guaranteed reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to the day of arrival will incur charges equivalent to 50% of the room night reserved. Cancellations made 7 days or less as well as No-Show will incur charges equivalent to the total room nights reserved. Booking is non-refundable. Full refund will apply when force majeure events.

k. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the hotel/resort with the Cardholder’s qualified Metrobank Credit Card.

l. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

m. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos of Metrobank and Kandaya Resort.

n. In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, senior citizens/persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010/Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

o. The use of the Metrobank Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards. In such a dispute, Kandaya Resort shall have no liability.

p. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

q. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

r. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

s. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Kandaya Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

t. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

u. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
