  2. What are the qualified credit cards for the promo?

    The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, ON Mastercard Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Debit and Prepaid Cards.

  4. How do I redeem?

    a. Contact:

    b. Intent to avail the Metrobank promo must be mentioned

    c. Please be informed that our hotel is regulated by IATF on the number of persons allowed based on the size of the room.

    d. If room is available on the preferred dates of stay, we will confirm your reservations by sending you an email with the following details:

    • Booking Confirmation Voucher

    e. In the Booking Confirmation Voucher that you will receive, you will find an Online Payment Link that you will access in order to settle your room reservations using your Metrobank credit card

    f. The Payment Link provided is valid for 3 days where you will input your card details

    g. Once payment is done, please make sure to take screenshot of the transaction and email it to our reservations officer for us to verify the transaction.

    h. Upon arrival, you will be required to present the actual card you used in paying your room reservations. Please be advised that the card holder and guest name must be the same.

    i. If in any case you fail to present the actual card upon check-in, the promo/discount will not apply, and you will be asked to pay the applicable rate without the discount.

  5. Terms and Conditions:

    a. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the property.

    b. Bookings can be revised and cancelled 72 hours before arrival date. Cancellation charges will apply for revision and cancellation made less than 72 hours prior arrival date.

    c. Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and with no refund.

    d. Present the Metrobank Card used in the booking upon check-in.

    e. Blackout dates apply on the following:

    • Chinese New Year - 16-22 February 2026

    • Holy Week - 02-05 April 2026

    • Golden Week - 30 April – 05 May 2026

    • Obon Period - 13-16 August 2026

    • Rebooking Policy: Re-booking of rooms will apply within 6 months from original date of departure. Package cost shall be subject to adjustments based on prevailing rates during the new travel date .

    • Cancellation Policy/No-show:

    f. No-shows on the day of arrival will likewise be charged the entire stay

    g. For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights shall be non-refundable.

    h. Seven (7) days cancellation prior to arrival will not be allowed, unless due to emergency reason with proper documentation like medical certificate.

    i. Metrobank cardholders must charge the total amount of the booking/s to their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card.

    j. The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

    k. In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

    l. The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

    m. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit or debit card account.

    n. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

    o. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

    p. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

    q. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

    r. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
