The promo is exclusive to select Metrobank Peso Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Travel Platinum Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, M Free Mastercard, M Lite Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Vantage Mastercard/Visa, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Visa Plus, Cashback Visa, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard and NCCC Mastercard credit cardholders (CHs) who received the promotion SMS/Viber message from Metrobank. The Promotion is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, ON Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

The promotion and spend period is from January 15 to February 15, 2024.

The pre-selected customers will receive an SMS/Viber with a reference number from Metrobank. Metrobank will not accommodate request of cardholder to include his or her account in the list of preselected customers for the promo.

Qualified principal cardholder will be eligible to the incentive offer below:

Valid spend includes retail and merchant installment transactions for online purchases only. Valid transactions have to be made within the promo period only.

Other transactions such as mobile payments / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay), 6010, 6011 and 6012 found in Metrobank's database, Cash2Go, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Bills2Pay, Cash Advance, PayBills, PayNow and Payment Arrangement transactions such as finance charges, penalty fees, annual membership fees and other Bank charges are excluded as valid spend.

A cardholder can qualify for the incentive for a maximum of five (5) times throughout the duration of the promo.

A visual transaction/s and incentive tracker (metrobankcard.mymcc.gift) where all qualified and posted transactions/s and cashback/s will be available to target cardholders starting February 9, 2024. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker, which will be updated within five (5) banking days after the transaction has been made.

A principal cardholder will receive instructions via SMS to visit the Metrobank website to redeem the cashback once he/she has reached the minimum accumulated spend. Cashback must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of promo period or until April 15, 2024 only. All unredeemed cashback will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the Giftaway website and visual tracker. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of the cardholder to extend the validity of the code once the sixty (60) calendar days has passed.

The cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s Metrobank credit card on the following schedule:

Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the principal cardholder’s transaction/s.

The cash rebate earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account with the transaction description: Special Cashback – Go Online with Metrobank.

The cash rebate is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.

A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance of Metrobank Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
