Promo Mechanics

  1. The Go Digital, Get Rewards! Promo (“Promo”) will run from February 24, 2025 to June 23, 2025 (“Promo Period”).

  2. The promo is open to clients with Metrobank Savings or Checking Account/s who are not yet enrolled in the Metrobank App (mobile banking) or Metrobank Online (online banking) as of February 24, 2025 (“Promo Start Date”).

  3. To qualify, clients must:

    • Download and sign up for the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online during the promo period;
    • Enroll their Peso Savings or Peso Checking Account/s in the Deposits Dashboard; and
    • Download their Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) through the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online at least once.
  4. Qualified clients will be entitled to a free McDonald’s e-voucher, redeemable for 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice, Small Fries, and Small Drink only at any McDonald’s branch nationwide.

Redemption of E-voucher

  1. Qualified clients will receive an SMS notification from Metrobank with the e-voucher code and redemption details within 10 working days from the sign-up date and successful download of their eSOA via the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online.

  2. To redeem the e-voucher, clients must present the 10-character code at any McDonald’s branch nationwide from March 10 until August 23, 2025 (“Redemption Period”).

  1. Where can I find my full account number for MBO/MBOA signup?

    You can find your full account number on your deposit slip or passbook, if available.

  2. If I previously had an MBO/MBOA account but deleted it or changed my mobile number/email, will I be considered a new user?

    No, you will not be considered a new MBO/MBOA user. Our system recognizes accounts based on your customer number, so you will not qualify for the promo.

  3. What should I do if I’m having trouble signing up for Metrobank App or Metrobank Online?

    If you're having trouble signing up, you can contact our Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 or domestic toll-free 1-800-1888-5775 for assistance.

  4. I haven't received the SMS with my McDonald’s e-voucher. What should I do?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check your messages for an SMS from the official METROBANK sender containing your e-voucher. This will be sent within 10 working days after you successfully sign up for the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online and download your first eSOA. If the issue persists, contact Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 or domestic toll-free 1-800-1888-5775, send an email to customercare@metrobank.com.ph for prompt resolution.

  5. How can I update my contact details if I can’t sign up for MBO/MBOA?

    If your contact details need to be updated before signing up, you can easily do it online through Metrobank’s Online Contact Update (OCU) facility:

    a. Go to Metrobank’s official website – www.metrobank.com.ph
    b. Scroll down, look for “Manage”, and click “Learn More”
    c. Scroll down and look for “Update Your Details”, and click “Learn More"
    d. Click the link in item no. 1:
    e. Follow the steps and wait for 48-96 hours for successful requests.

    You may also update your contact information through any Metrobank branch.

  1. This offer is available exclusively to clients with active Peso personal savings or Peso checking account/s who will sign up for the Metrobank App or Metrobank Online during the promo period. Existing Metrobank App and Metrobank Online users are ineligible to participate in the promo.

  2. Savings or checking accounts found to be invalid, cancelled, or with any form of irregularity will be automatically disqualified from joining the promo.

  3. Clients must ensure that they have a valid and active email address and mobile number registered with Metrobank at the time of joining the promo. The Bank will not be liable if the client provides an invalid email address and mobile number, resulting in the Bank’s inability to send the McDonald’s e-voucher successfully.

  4. Each client is eligible to receive only one (1) McDonald’s e-voucher during the promo period, regardless of the number of savings or checking accounts enrolled.

  5. The e-voucher code is equivalent to 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice, Small Fries and Small Drink only, which cannot be availed separately.

  6. The e-voucher code can only be redeemed via dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru orders. Redemptions through Dessert Centers, Kiosks, McDelivery, GrabFood, and Foodpanda are not included.

  7. The e-voucher code is valid for one (1) time redemption only per qualified client at any McDonald’s store nationwide within the Redemption Period.

  8. Redemptions without the SMS notification and e-voucher code from Metrobank will not be honored.

  9. All unredeemed e-vouchers from the promo will be forfeited after the Redemption Period.

  10. The e-voucher code is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing McDonald's promotions or discounts.

  11. The e-voucher issued through this promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or discounts. Once the e-voucher code has been provided by Metrobank, the responsibility of redemption and possible transfer will be passed unto the client while the fulfillment will be the accountability of McDonald’s.

  12. In the event of holidays, there will be a one working day delay in receiving the voucher via SMS.

  13. Metrobank is not an agent of McDonald’s and makes no representation regarding the quality of the food, beverages, and services provided by McDonald’s. All feedback regarding the quality of menu items and services should be directed to McDonald’s.

  14. The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank will be final, with consent from DTI.

  15. Any amendment to the promo’s terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  16. Deposits are insured by PDIC up to P1 Million per depositor.

  17. Metrobank is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas https://www.bsp.gov.ph.
