Offer is open to customers who:
A. Completed the check-out process at the Metrobank LazMall store, and completed the credit card application process through the dedicated website link;
Steps are as follows:
a. Visit the Metrobank LazMall Store and choose the preferred credit card product.
b. Tap the “Buy Now” button.
c. Input active email address on the "Digital Delivery" field.
d. Pay PHP 1.00 for Titanium Mastercard or Toyota Mastercard; PHP 50 for Platinum Mastercard or World Mastercard by selecting the preferred "Payment Method"
e. Tap “Place Order” to complete the check-out process.
Completed check-out process does not guarantee approval of credit card application.
An email from the bank will be sent to the customer’s active email address within 24 hours from check-out or the next banking day for orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, and/or government declared holiday.
f. Complete the credit card application process through the dedicated website link sent by the bank to the customer’s active email address.
B. Are newly approved principal Metrobank credit cardholders;
C. Do not have an existing or cancelled principal credit card issued by Metrobank and have not had one in the last 6 months; and
D. Have not made any direct or online application for any of eligible credit card(s) at any of the following: Metrobank branch/es, website, or through a direct sales representative or other third-party sales agent.
A cardholder may qualify for the Lazada gift codes worth up to a total of PHP 3,500 regardless of the number of approved eligible credit cards.
Qualified cardholders will receive an email or SMS from Metrobank containing the unique Lazada gift codes within ten (10) banking days after the receipt of the credit card approval status.
Each Lazada gift code is in increments of PHP 500.

To use the Lazada gift code, cardholder must do the following:
The gift code will be credited to the Lazada wallet and may be used for any purchase in Lazada. The Lazada gift code can be used to top up the Lazada Wallet on the Lazada e-commerce application to purchase items offered for sale on the Lazada Platform. The use of the Lazada gift code shall be subject to the Lazada’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Digital Vouchers & Gift Cards Terms and Conditions that may be found on https://www.lazada.com.ph/terms-conditions/.
Each Lazada gift code is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash and may only be used once.

Customers who applied through the Metrobank LazMall Store agree and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer and/or processing of their personal data which will be used but not limited to the following:
Should there be any change/s in the customer’s registered mobile number and/or email address with Metrobank, it is the responsibility of the customer to update his/her contact information by calling Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700.
Metrobank will not accommodate requests for re-sending of email or SMS containing the Lazada gift codes due to, but not limited to the following reasons:
Email or SMS was sent successfully to the principal cardholder, but was accidentally deleted by the cardholder, members of his/her family or friends or due to any upgrade or reformatting done to the cardholder’s mobile device;
Lost, stolen, or defective mobile device; or
*Email or SMS was sent successfully to the principal cardholder’s contact details maintained in Metrobank’s database and cardholder failed to update said contact details with Metrobank.
Conversion, upgrade, or change in card product type to a non-eligible card product type will disqualify the cardholder from receiving the welcome offer and/or Lazada gift codes.
All questions or disputes regarding the customer’s eligibility for this offer or for any redemption shall be resolved by Metrobank based on these terms and conditions.
Employees of Metrobank are disqualified to avail of this offer.
In the event that the principal cardholder cancels his/her Metrobank credit card within twelve (12) months from the card approval date, Metrobank reserves the right to charge the equivalent pro-rated amount of Lazada voucher codes awarded to the cardholder.
All credit card applications and the approved credit card type/s shall be subject to Metrobank’s evaluation and final approval.
The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this offer.
