Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. Promo will run from August 1 to September 15, 2025 at all Smart Stores branches, https://store.smart.com.ph/ or via the Smart Hotline (* 8888).

  3. Use your Metrobank credit card to enjoy the following:

    • 25% OFF on the monthly service fees of Smart Postpaid Plans+ 999 and up for 12 months.
  4. To qualify for the promo, Metrobank cardholder must:

    • Metrobank credit cardholders must enroll to the Auto Debit Arrangement to avail the promo

    • Metrobank credit cardholders must use their Metrobank credit card upon payment of the required monthly service fees

    • Promo is applicable to new connect and additional line applications only

  5. The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  6. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

  7. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  8. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. In such a dispute, SM Store shall have no liability.

  9. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

  10. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

  11. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

  12. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
