• The offer is valid for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 4,000.
• Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.
• Cardholders are allowed multiple transactions daily as long as all the promo mechanics are met.
• Promo is valid everyday, Monday to Sunday, 11:00AM to 11:00PM, from October 15 to December 14, 2024 only.
• No black-out dates.
• Service charge shall be excluded from the promo and will be charged based on the original food price (net of VAT). The minimum spend shall not include the service charge.
• This promo is only for “Steak” food items available from the ala carte menu. The available steak food items on the Ala Carte Menu are: Japanese Wagyu, Available Australian Wagyu (limited stocks) and Certified Angus Beef. Drinks are not included in the promo.
• Cardholders must present and use a valid Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card to pay for the bill.
• Promo cannot be combined with other promotional discount offers, Senior Citizen Discount and PWD discount.
• Cardholders are allowed to use only one (1) Metrobank card per dine-in transaction. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
• Prior reservation is required.

1. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. Service Charge, Taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
2. The promo and discount are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
3. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD) and Senior Citizen can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2021, whichever is higher.
4. The use of the Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards.
5. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.
6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit, debit and prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
7. Any dispute concerning the products or services of 762 Positive Inc. (Melo’s Steakhouse, BGC Burgos Circle Branch), Melo’s Westgate Fine Dining (Melo’s Steakhouse, Westgate Alabang Branch) and Melo’s Home of Certified Angus Beef (Melo’s Steakhouse, Quezon City Branch) related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and 762 Positive Inc. (Melo’s Steakhouse, BGC Burgos Circle Branch), Melo’s Westgate Fine Dining (Melo’s Steakhouse, Westgate Alabang Branch) and Melo’s Home of Certified Angus Beef (Melo’s Steakhouse, Quezon City Branch) with the concurrence of the DTI. 762 Positive Inc. (Melo’s Steakhouse, BGC Burgos Circle Branch) agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.
8. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
