1. The promo is applicable to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa and Travel Signature Visa. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa.

2. Qualified cardholders can get 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 25,000 and up to a maximum single-receipt purchase of PHP 30,000 at Snidel and FRAY I.D.

   The promo is applicable to straight payment and 0% installment for 3 months. Cardholders can avail of the discount and 0% installment in a single transaction.

3. Promo period is from December 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025 only.

5. Other Terms and Conditions:

   a. 0% 3 months Installment

   i. 0% installment is applicable using Metrobank credit cards only.
   ii. 0% installment is available for 3 months installment term only.
   iii. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
   iv. All installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.
   v. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

   b. General Terms and Conditions:

   i. Promo is applicable for in-store transactions only.
   ii. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum purchase requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Snidel and FRAY I.D’s Metrobank Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
   iii. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.
   iv. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

6. The promo and discount are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

7. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD)/Senior Citizens can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

8. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

9. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

10. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

11. Any dispute concerning the products or services of Snidel and FRAY I.D related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Snidel and FRAY I.D, with the concurrence of the DTI. Snidel and FRAY I.D agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

12. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

13. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
