The promo and availment period is from November 6, 2024 to January 31, 2025 only.

Qualified cardholders will receive a Viber message/SMS from Metrobank Card Promos/MCC about their eligible Metrobank credit card and eligible cashback reward for this cashback promo with applicable rate offers of Cash2Go or Balance Transfer. Only transactions under the identified credit card will be considered as qualified transactions.

Qualified cardholders are eligible to earn PHP 1,000 cashback for every approved Cash2Go or Balance Transfer with a minimum single-transaction amount of PHP 100,000 via the Metrobank App.

Qualified cardholders will only qualify for one (1) cashback incentive throughout the duration of the promo.

Cumulative transactions amounting to PHP 100,000 is not qualified for cashback promo.

Cardholders must maintain good credit standing in order to receive the cashback after qualified transaction has been approved. Good credit standing refers to cardholders that are non-delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose Metrobank credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated any of the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

Cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s account within the month immediately succeeding the qualified transaction. The PHP 1,000 cashback amount shall be credited to the cardholder’s account and the transaction will be reflected in the statement of account with description: C2G/BT MBOA Cashback.

The cashback is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash. The posted cashback transaction amount shall automatically offset the cardholder's existing credit card balance.

A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated.

All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, Metrobank Credit Card Special Installment Terms and Conditions and Metrobank Online and Metrobank App Terms and Conditions.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
