3. When is the promo period?  

   November 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026.  

4. What are the qualified transactions?

   Valid for any in-store or online 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later purchases at valid stores.

5. What’s the capping for the freebies?

   Redemption of freebies is capped at 1x per customer, per freebie only during the entire promo period. 

6. Are straight transactions included in the promo?

   No. Straight transactions are not included in the promo.

7. Are Shop Now, Pay Later transactions included in the promo?

   Yes. Shop Now, Pay Later transactions are included in the promo.

8. How will I get the freebies if I shop online?

   For online purchases, the free item must be included together with the delivery of the purchased items. 

9. How do I claim the freebie if I make an in-store purchase?

   The freebie can only be claimed by presenting the receipt and charge slip to the store where the purchase was made within sixty (60) days after the promo.  

10. How do I get the eCashback?

    • eCashback is valid for Abenson Rewards members only.

    • If you’re not yet a member, download the Abenson Rewards App and sign up.

    • Upon purchase, show the barcode in the Abenson Rewards app to the cashier.

The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, and Prepaid cards

3. Promo period is from November 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026.

5. Available at any Abenson, Electroworld, abensonHOME, and Automatic Centre branches nationwide and via the Abenson online superstore. 

6. The freebie can only be claimed by presenting the receipt and charge slip to the store where the purchase was made within sixty (60) days after the promo.  

7. For online purchases, the free item must be included together with the delivery of the purchased items. 

8. Straight transactions are excluded from this promo. 

9. In the event that the freebie is no longer available, Abenson will give the cardholder an item of equal value. 

10. Redemption of freebies is capped at 1x per customer, per freebie only during the entire promo period. 

11. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant installment transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of split transactions arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes apart.  

12. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. All installment purchase/s are only valid if monthly dues are paid in full. 

13. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.  

14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 

15. Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Abenson, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 

16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 

17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
