1. The promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa / Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa / Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa credit cardholders in good standing only. The promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Promo is valid for in-store purchases at any UNIQLO branches nationwide from December 6, 2024 to December 23, 2024.

3.  Qualified cardholders can enjoy the following:

   • Up to 5% OFF, maximum discount at PHP 500, for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 4,000.00 on straight transactions only.

   • Up to 5% OFF, maximum discount at PHP 1,000.00, for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000.00 on 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transactions only

4. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, and other UNIQLO discounts).

5. Promo is applicable to in-store via card present transaction. Online transactions are excluded from the promo.

6. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

7. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

8. Full installment amount under the Metrobank 0% installment program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

9. All installment purchases and the use of the Metrobank credit card are subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

10. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

13. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

15. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and UNIQLO, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

16. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

17. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
