Cashback redemption is capped at 1x use per month, per customer.
The cashback will be automatically credited to the cardholder’s account within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the promo period.
The cashback earned from the qualified 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction will be automatically credited to the cardholder’s account within 30 business days from the end of the promo period.
Promo is valid for 0% installment for up to 6 months transactions. Straight transactions are excluded from the promo.
The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashbacks is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
Cashback credit earned by a Supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account and shall count towards the cashback redemption limit of the Principal cardholder.

The electronic raffle draw will take place on January 12, 2025 and will virtually be held with the presence of representatives from DTI and Metrobank.
Winners may only win once.
Winners will be notified via SMS/e-mail/registered mail and/or call-out by Metrobank including the complete instructions and documentary requirements on how to claim the cashback.
Winners of the raffle draw must present the following to claim the prize: a. One (1) valid and unexpired Government ID; and b. Qualified Metrobank credit card used c. Notarized Quit Claim.
Upon verification of the winners, awarding of the cashback raffle prize will be credited to the qualified cardholder’s account within 60 calendar days upon complete submission of requirements to claim the prize.
