  5. How to redeem the qualified eGC?

    c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “Q4 From Eats to Treats” tab and enter the registered mobile number.

    d. Click the Claim button then click Use This button to get your Universal eGC

    Only the principal cardholder can access the self-help tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been made.

  6. How many eGCs can I get?

    A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) eGC per customer for the duration of the promo period. Supplementary cardholder transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) eGC.


GENERAL MECHANICS:

  1. The Promo is open to pre-selected Metrobank Rewards Plus Visa or Femme Signature Visa only. The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Femme Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa Travel Signature Visa, Metrobank Peso Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and Prepaid cards.

  2. The Promo period is from November 1 to December 31, 2025. Redemption period is from November 1, 2025 to March 2, 2026.

  3. Qualified principal cardholder can get up to P1,200 eGC for a minimum accumulated spend on select Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) dining merchants using your Metrobank Rewards Plus Visa or Metrobank Femme Signature Visa.

  4. To qualify for the promo, a principal cardholder must have his or her mobile number updated in Metrobank’s credit card’s database and is required to register in the promo. No or late registration means no eGC will be provided.

    b. Scroll down and click the Promos button

    c. Search for “Up to PHP 1,200 eGC From Eats to Treats”

    e. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database

    f. In the Available Promos section, click “Q4 From Eats to Treats” and enter your mobile number to register in the promo

    g. An SMS confirming successful registration will be sent to the cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration

  5. If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after successful registration, a cardholder will not be automatically registered in the promo. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Metrobank by calling theour Metrobank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 88-700-700 that he or she changeds and/or updateds his or her mobile number and would like to register the new mobile number. The same applies for new cardholders that have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

  6. To avail of the promo, a principal cardholder must register from November 1 to December 31, 2025 and must follow the registration process stated in number 4 promo mechanics. No confirmatory SMS means the registration is not successful. Metrobank will only acknowledge a successful registration if the principal cardholder received the SMS confirming successful registration.

    Note: The metrobankcard.mymcc.gift powered by Giftaway will only ask for your mobile number and verification code sent to your mobile number. Metrobank and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP via links in e-mail, SMS or phone calls.

  7. A registered cardholder will start earning an eGC for his or her qualified transaction/s once registration is successful. As long as cardholder is registered within the promo period, transaction/s made before the successful registration as long as registered will be included in computing the total accumulated spend.

  8. Supplementary cardholder/s is/are automatically registered once the principal cardholder has successfully registered for the promo. Transaction/s made by the supplementary cardholder/s will be included in the primary cardholder’s transaction/s.

  9. By completing cardholders’ registration, he or she agrees that his or her personal informational shall be subject to confidentiality, data privacy and other security terms of Metrobank and Giftaway.

  10. A visual transaction and incentive tracker where the qualified transaction and incentive will be available to registered cardholders starting by November 11, 2025. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker which will be updated within 7 to 10 banking days after the transaction has been posted in Metrobank system. Metrobank will no longer send eGC SMS with clickable links in compliance with BSP Memorandum No. M-2022-015.

  11. A registered and qualified customer can redeem the eGC by following the steps below.

    b. Log-in your mobile number found in Metrobank’s database

    c. In the Joined Promos section, click check progress under “Q4 From Eats to Treats” tab and enter your registered mobile number.

    d. Click the Claim button then click Use This button to get your Universal eGC

  12. The promo and eGC entitlement is based on a per customer and card level basis. Multiple Metrobank credit cards with the same customer number can only avail once and is based on the SMS received at the start of the promo period.

  13. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholder/s and/or with the same Metrobank credit card/s which share the same customer number will be combined in the number of eGC entitlements.

  14. A principal cardholder is entitled to maximum of one (1) eGC per customer for the duration of the promo period regardless of the number of times cardholder has reached the minimum accumulated spend. Supplementary cardholders’ transaction/s will be included in the computation of the one (1) eGC.

  15. Once a cardholder redeems the preferred eGC incentive, he or she is no longer qualified for the other eGC incentive tiers regardless of whether cardholder reaches the required accumulated spend.

  16. The registered cardholder who reached the minimum spend will receive a qualified or confirmation SMS from Metrobank and has the option to redeem his or her incentive via on select Giftaway Universal eGC by visiting the Giftaway website or visual tracker found in the Metrobank website. The eGC for this promo is applicable to select Giftaway merchants assigned by Metrobank.

  17. Applicable delivery and other processing fees where from the stores the eGC/s will be used are not included in the eGC and should be shouldered by the cardholder. Once the redemption or transfer has been made, Metrobank and Giftaway will not be liable for the incorrect entry of mobile number where the incentive was shared. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to double-check the entry upon redemption of the incentive.

  18. The registered cardholder has the option to choose what denomination will he or she gets based on the incentive above.

  19. The redemption period is from November 1, 2025 to March 2, 2026 or within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of the SMS confirming eGC entitlement. All redemption requests made after the redemption period or after sixty (60) calendar days will not be accommodated. All unredeemed eGC will be forfeited after the expiration date indicated in the SMS and self-help tracker.

  20. Metrobank will not accommodate any request of cardholder to cancel, reverse or applied to other incentive or reward once a valid redemption is made. All redemptions will be considered final.

  21. “Qualified Transactions” below local merchants under Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) category with Merchant Category Code: 5814.

  22. “Non-Qualified Transactions” includes all other local retail purchases at groceries, department stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, Internet, and Mail Order/Telephone Order, foreign currency transactions, merchant installment such as 0% installment, Shop Now, Pay Later, reduced rates, regular rates, Bills2Pay, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Cash2Go, Cash Advance, mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions, online payment system and transactions with merchant category code of 6540 (such as but not limited to Lazada Top Up, PayMaya Add Money, Shopee Pay, GrabPay) found in Metrobank’s database are excluded from this promotion.

  23. All terms and conditions relating to the use of Universal Giftaway eGCs redemption indicated in the Giftaway redemption portal shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway shall be coursed through Metrobank.

  24. The promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions of both Metrobank and the merchant, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

  25. The incentive cost equivalent is VALID in conjunction with any ongoing promos.

  26. Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the redemption and validity period of the eGC once sixty (60) calendar days has passed. All questions and issues will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period or not later than March 2, 2026, after which, Metrobank will no longer entertain disputes and / or requests.

  27. A cardholder and his or her transaction/s will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes past due, delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated before the release of the eGCs.

  28. Any concern of the cardholder in relation to his or her card account or this promo shall not be a valid excuse for the cardholder to refuse payment of his or her outstanding balances. Metrobank will not be liable on the accrued charges to his or her account.

  29. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the eGCs shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

  30. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI.

  31. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

  32. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
