To avail the promo, the cardholder must charge the total purchase amount to his/her qualified Metrobank card through the store’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid cards.

How to avail of promo and free item:

a. Send an email to info@theplazacatering.com with your event details, or fill out the event details at https://theplazacatering.com/pages/contact-page.

b. The Plaza Catering Banquet Team will reach out to cardholder to finalize the menu and event details.

c. Upon signing the conforme, the cardholder must use their qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card to pay for the event at The Plaza Catering Main Office, located at BJS Compound Makati City.

d. For events, the contract should be signed and a 50% deposit at least 1 week before event date using the cardholder’s qualified Metrobank credit, debit or prepaid card to pay for your event at The Plaza Catering Main Office, located at BJS Compound Makati City. Full payment is required 2 days before event.

e. On the event date, The Plaza Catering will set up the FREE The Plaza Ham Carving Station.

Other Terms and Conditions:

a. Out-of-town charges will apply for locations outside Metro Manila.

b. A holiday surcharge will apply.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Plaza Catering, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
