Promo Mechanics

1. Free Appraisal for Home Loans Promo is applicable to Home Loan applications received from February 1 to March 31, 2023 (promo period).

2. Qualified accounts will enjoy free appraisal amounting to:
   a. Metro Manila – P5,000.00
   b. Countryside – P5,500.00

   • The freebie includes Appraisal Fee for 1 property and title verification for 1 title only per application. Additional fees for applications with multiple titles will be shouldered by the borrower.
   • For house construction loans, waiver shall apply to appraisal fee upon application only. Progress inspection after loan release shall be subject to applicable fees.
   • For condominiums with parking slots covered by separate titles, freebie shall cover the appraisal and title investigation and verification (TIV) fee of 1 condominium unit and 1 parking slot only.

3. Only applications with complete requirements submitted to Metrobank and whose ocular inspections were conducted during the promo period shall be qualified for the promo.

4. The promo is non-transferable.

5. Standard Metrobank Home Loan Terms and Conditions shall apply.

6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
