PROMO HIGHLIGHTS

1. What is the promo offer?

   One (1) FREE dish (solo size) for at least PHP 2,000 dine-in spend at Cibo:

2. What are the qualified credit cards for the promo?

   All Metrobank Mastercard credit cards in good credit standing, excluding Metrobank World and Platinum Mastercard credit cards.

3. What is the promo period?

   Mondays to Fridays from February 2 to March 31, 2026. Holidays are excluded from the promo.

GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank Peso Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Mastercard, M Free Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, and NCCC Mastercard. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank World Mastercard, Metrobank Platinum Mastercard, Metrobank ON Virtual Mastercard, Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank Peso Visa, Metrobank Vantage Visa, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, Travel Signature Visa, Metrobank Prime Debit, Prepaid and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

2. Qualified cardholders get one (1) FREE dish (solo size) for at least P2,000 dine-in spend at Cibo:

   • Spinach Dip

   • Summer Squash Soup

   • Palm Heart Salad

   • Penne al Telefono

   • Spaghettini al 34

   • Rigatoni Bolognese con Panna

   • Filleto di Pesce

3. The promo is valid on Mondays to Fridays from February 2 to March 31, 2026. Holidays are excluded from the promo.

4. The promo is valid at all Cibo branches nationwide.

5. The offer is valid on one (1) free item only per qualified transaction.​

6. Other Terms and Conditions:

   • Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions.

   • Free dish is not convertible to cash, discount or another product.​

   • Promo cannot be combined with other promos, discounts, vouchers, or Lealtà benefits.

   • Set or promotional menus, banquet sales, private functions, parties and orders made from third party food delivery services are excluded from the promo.

   • The free dish is applicable on the total gross bill only. Value Added Tax, Service Charge and Local Tax shall be excluded from the promo.

   • Promo is valid once, per cardholder, per day only.

   • Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit card through Cibo’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.

   • Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.

   • Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

7. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

8. The promo is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD)/Senior Citizens can either avail of the promo freebie or the discount provided under the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

10. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the free dish but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the free dish shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. The Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products or services of Cibo related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Cibo, with the concurrence of the DTI. Cibo agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
