Promo period is from October 1, 2025 to November 14, 2025 only.

To redeem the freebie for in-store purchases, a Cardholder must present the following at Walter Mart Customer Service:

• Freebie must be claimed within the day of purchase and at the same branch where the purchase was made

• Original receipt with a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 5,000.

• Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) for the qualifying transaction with the following parametrs:

  • Must be the valid original charge slip or transaction receipt
  • Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate, merchant, or bank copy will not be accepted).
  • Name and card number printed on the charge slip must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented.
  • Transaction date must be within the promo period.
  • Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, last four (4) digit of the card number and approval code. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted;

• Present the Metrobank Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card used in the transaction.

  • Actual Card used be present and not expired or invalid

• Charge Slip will be stamped/marked “Claimed” by the customer service representative upon release of the freebie.

To redeem the freebie for Walter Mart Delivery website and in-app purchases:

• All orders must be placed through the grocery delivery website: www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph

• Cardholder must use the promo code: “FREECOFFEEPACK” upon checkout, valid for one-time use per user/customer per day only.

• Promo is valid on online orders within the area of delivery by Walter Mart only.

• For orders paid online, Walter Mart Delivery Head Office shall verify payment status and card used. The freebie will be delivered together with the grocery items only after successful verification of using a qualified and valid Metrobank card.

• For Metrobank card payment upon delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect the charge slip/transaction receipt before the release of the freebie to the cardholder.

• All delivery personnel will carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item was received.

• Charge Slip/Invoice will be stamped/marked “Claimed” by the rider upon release of the freebie.

In the event that the freebie becomes unavailable upon redemption, freebie will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value with the concurrence of the cardholder.

Promo is not valid for wholesalers and corporate transactions. Customer who are requesting for Sales Invoice are considered corporate transactions.

The promo is only applicable to straight transactions. Installment or Shop Now, Pay Later (SNPL) purchases are excluded from this promo.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The promo is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promos of Walter Mart Supermarket and Metrobank.

Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Walter Mart, with the concurrence of the DTI. Walter Mart agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
