Free Appraisal Fee Promo 2026

Promo Period and Offer:

1. The Free Appraisal Fee Promo (“Promo”) runs from January 5 to February 27, 2026 (“promo period”).
   
   
2. The promo is open to all qualified clients with Metrobank Home Loan applications received within the promo period.
   
   
3. Qualified clients will enjoy free appraisal amounting to:

• • Metro Manila – Up to PHP 5,000.00 
  • Provincial areas – Up to PHP 5,500.00
    
    

    *The offer includes a waiver for: (1) appraisal fee for one property; and (2) Title Investigation and Verification (TIV) fees for one title, per application. Additional appraisal and TIV fees for applications with more than one property and one title will be shouldered by the borrower.
    
    

    **For house construction loans, waived appraisal fee shall only apply upon application. Each progress inspection after loan release shall be subject to applicable fees.

    **For condominiums with parking slots covered by separate titles, the offer shall only cover the appraisal fee and TIV fee of one condominium unit and one parking slot. Additional appraisal and TIV fees shall apply for more than one condominium unit and one parking slot.
