How to Avail:

a. To book, Metrobank Cardholder must send an email to reservations@fairwaysandbluewater.com within the booking period with the following info: room type, number of rooms required, stay dates, and number of persons staying (adults and kids with ages), first 6-digits of the Metrobank Card.

b. Fairways & Bluewater Boracay to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.

c. For payment, Fairways & Bluewater Boracay will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail. A Metrobank Card must be used to settle the payment.

d. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking/voucher purchase.

e. Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.

f. Cardholder to present the Metrobank credit card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check-in to avail of the promo offer.

General Terms and Conditions:

a. An additional PHP 2,000 will be added to the above Metrobank rates for all rooms during peak season (nights of April 14-20, 2025;April 30 - May 1, 2025).

b. Inclusions:

• Overnight accommodation and breakfast for 2 persons
• Applicable government taxes and service charge

c. Direct bookings only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings.

d. Rates are good for 2 persons; subject to extra person charges for the 3rd and 4th guests in the room.

e. Maximum occupancy for all rooms: 4 persons including kids (3rd and 4th persons with extra person charges)

f. Extra person rate: P1,800/person/night with free breakfast

g. Child policy:

• Age 0-6 = free of charge bed-sharing and with free breakfast
• Age 7-11 = PHP 500/child/night bed-sharing and with free breakfast
• Age 12+ = PHP 1,800/person/night with free breakfast

h. Rebooking Policy: Not allowed.

i. Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable. No refund will be made, and payment will be forfeited in case of no show.

j. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

k. In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, senior citizens/persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010/Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

l. The use of the Metrobank Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards.

m. Metrobank Card reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the incentive but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the incentive shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

n. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo.

o. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Fairways and Bluewater Resort Golf & Country Club, Inc. with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall not be responsible for any liability in the event of such dispute

p. In case of dispute in respect to Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

q. By joining or availing of this Promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions and Metrobank’s Privacy Policy.
