2. How will cardholder claim the discount?

1. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Toyota Platinum Mastercard, ICON Mastercard, Robinsons Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Platinum Visa, Travel Platinum Visa, and Travel Signature Visa credit cardholders in good credit standing only. The promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Internet Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa cards.

3. Straight transactions are excluded from this promo.

4. The discount is automatically applied at the store upon purchase, subject to the cardholder’s compliance with the minimum single-receipt spend requirement and 0% installment transaction term.

5. Discounts are valid in conjunction with other ongoing promos at SM APPLIANCE CENTER unless otherwise stated.

6. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 10 minutes.

7. Full installment amount under Metrobank’s 0% installment and Shop Now, Pay Later program shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.

8. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program.

9. All 0% installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.

10. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used on fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM APPLIANCE CENTER. SM APPLIANCE CENTER agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. SM Appliance Center shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
