General Terms and Conditions:

a. Promotion Platform: Available for bookings made on Trip.com Philippines website & app through the URL: https://ph.trip.com/w/metrobank only. Bookings made on other campaign pages, third-party booking services or directly on Trip.com Philippines would not be eligible for this promo.

b. Promo is applicable for both new and existing Trip.com customers. New customers must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code.

c. Hotels Promo Code: MBTRIPHOTEL promo code/discount is applicable to the price after taxes and fees have been applied. Promo is only applicable to pre-pay rooms, excluding rooms subject to other promotions, and transactions made in Philippines Peso (“PHP”). Certain properties may be ineligible for this promo.

d. Flights Promo Code: MBTRIPFLY promo code/discount is only applicable to the price before taxes and fees have been applied and transactions made in Philippine Peso (“PHP”)

e. Payment must be made with a valid and eligible Metrobank Debit, Credit and Prepaid card only.

f. Different hotels/rooms/flight types may have different cancellation and/or re-booking policies. Please read the cancellation and re-booking policies for the specific hotels/rooms/flights types before booking.

g. If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. If you want to use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promo and booking period. Booking is subjected to availability.

b. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit/debit/prepaid card.

c. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash, Trip Coins or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items.

d. The use of the eligible Metrobank credit/debit/prepaid card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit/debit/prepaid cards.

e. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit/debit/prepaid account.

f. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the eligible Metrobank credit/debit/prepaid cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

g. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Trip.com with the concurrence of the DTI. Trip.com agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

h. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.

i. By joining or availing this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
