The Promo is not applicable to Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME, Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards and YAZZ Prepaid Visa. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Metrobank credit cards which are not on hold for being reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

Enjoy PHP 500 cashback for PHP 5,000 minimum single-receipt spend in Toy Kingdom or Baby Company using Metrobank credit card!

Qualified spend includes only point of sale straight transactions made at Toy Kingdom and Baby Company stores.

Transactions made through other channels or platforms are not applicable and will not be honored for this promo. Metrobank reports will be the final source of qualified transactions based on the stores abovementioned.

A customer can only earn the PHP 500 cashback once during the promo period.

Transactions made by supplementary cardholders will be tagged under their respective principal credit cardholders’ accounts.

The cashback earned will be credited to principal cardholders’ account within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period.

Cashback earned by a supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically counted for the principal cardholder and will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account.

The cashback earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account with the transaction description: P500 cashback for Toy Kingdom/Baby Company.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cashback, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the offer due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cashback shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI.

Any dispute concerning the products or services availed from the merchants shall be settled directly between the cardholder and merchant with the concurrence of the DTI.

In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
