The promo period is from February 17, 2025 to March 28, 2025 only. Offer is valid from Monday to Friday only except Holidays and Blackout Dates.

The offer is valid for a minimum single-receipt purchase amount of PHP 2,500 with a maximum discount of PHP 2,000.

To avail of the discount:

• The cardholder must pay using any qualified Metrobank Mastercard Credit Card within the promo period.
• Must meet the minimum spend of PHP 2,500.
• Discount shall apply on the total amount of food and beverages only excluding applicable tax, fees and charges.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• Banquets, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.
• Promo is valid for ala carte and combo/package meal orders.
• Promo applies to one cardholder, per table, per visit only. Discount is applicable to one (1) qualified card per transaction, per cardholder. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
• All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
• Shakey’s reserves the right to refuse redemption of the discount by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
• Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the applicable refund and cancellation policies of Shakey’s.

The promo and discount are non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of Metrobank Mastercard Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s Mastercard credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Mastercard credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Shakey’s, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
