The promo is applicable to all cardholders in good credit standing of Metrobank World Mastercard, Peso Platinum Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard and Toyota Mastercard only.
Qualified cardholders can enjoy 50% OFF on Steak items only on the ala carte menu for dine-in for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 4,000 at Melo’s BGC at Burgos Circle, Melo’s Alabang and Melo’s Quezon City branches, using your Metrobank World Mastercard, Peso Platinum Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard and Toyota Mastercard!
Promo period is from November 15, 2023 to February 29, 2024 only.

Other Terms and Conditions:
a. The offer is valid for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 4,000 and up to a maximum single-receipt spend of PHP 20,000 net only.
b. Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.
c. Cardholders are allowed multiple transactions daily for as long as all the promo mechanics are met.
d. Promo is valid everyday from Monday to Sunday from 11:00AM to 11:00PM from November 15, 2023 to February 29, 2024 only.

f. Service charge shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount which is the basis of the discount shall not include the service charge.
g. This promo is only for “Steak” food items available from the ala carte menu. The available steak food items on the Ala Carte Menu are: Japanese Wagyu, Available Australian Wagyu (limited stocks) and Certified Angus Beef. Drinks are not included in the promo.
h. Cardholder must present and use a valid Metrobank World Mastercard, Peso Platinum Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard or Toyota Mastercard to pay for his/her bill.
i. Promo cannot be combined with other promotional discount offers, Senior Citizen Discount and PWD discount.
j. Cardholders are allowed to use only one (1) credit card per dine-in transaction. Discount is applicable only to one qualified credit card per transaction, per cardholder. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
k. Prior reservation is required.
All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. Service Charge, Taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
The promo and discount are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD) and Senior Citizen can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2021, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services of 762 Positive Inc. (Melo’s BGC at Burgos Circle Branch), Westgate Fine Dining (Melo’s Alabang Branch) and Melo’s Home of Certified Angus Beef (Melo’s Quezon City Branch) related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and 762 Positive Inc. (Melo’s BGC at Burgos Circle Branch), Westgate Fine Dining (Melo’s Alabang Branch) and Melo’s Home of Certified Angus Beef (Melo’s Quezon City Branch), with the concurrence of the DTI. 762 Positive Inc. (Melo’s BGC at Burgos Circle Branch), Westgate Fine Dining (Melo’s Alabang Branch) and Melo’s Home of Certified Angus Beef (Melo’s Quezon City Branch) agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of the DTI shall be considered final.
