a. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank credit or debit card.

b. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if he or she has more than one (1) qualified card.

c. Discount is applicable to total food and drinks bill only. Service charge and Value-Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the discount.

d. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos, bundles or any special offers of “Luk Foo Palace” and Metrobank.

e. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from this promo.

f. Promo is available for dine-in transactions only.

g. Cardholders must confirm availability and secure table reservation at “Luk Foo Palace” to avail the discounts.

All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. shipping fee, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.

Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.

The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services which are subject of this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and “Luk Foo Palace and Acaci Buffet” with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
