2. The promo is applicable to all Metrobank World Mastercard and Peso Platinum Mastercard cardholders in good credit standing only.

3. Promo period is from July 29, 2024 to August 30, 2024 only. Offer is valid from Mondays to Fridays only within the promo period.

4. The offer is valid for a total food bill of PHP 5,000 up to a maximum total food bill of PHP 10,000 per day only.

6. Other Terms and Conditions:

   a. Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.
   b. Cardholders are allowed to use one (1) qualified credit card only per day. Discount is applicable to one qualified credit card per transaction, per cardholder, per day. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
   c. Promo is not available on weekends and all government-declared, legal and special holidays.
   d. Take-out, payments for set menus, banquet sales, private functions, parties are excluded from the promo.
   e. Service charge shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount which is the basis of the discount shall not include the service charge.
   f. This promo is available for ala carte and food orders only. Beverages, Teppanyaki Wagyu Rib-eye steaks, Bento Sets, Teppanyaki combination specials, Ramen lunch, Set Menu and Teishoku meals are not included in the promo.
   g. Cardholder must present and use a valid Metrobank World Mastercard or Peso Platinum Mastercard to pay for his/her bill.
   h. Advance reservation is required to guarantee seats.

7. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, including service charges and applicable taxes based on the promo, must be included in the payment of the cardholder.

8. The promo and discount are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

9. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD)/Senior Citizens can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher, if applicable.

10. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.

11. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

13. Any dispute concerning the products or services of Kimpura related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Kimpura, with the concurrence of the DTI. Kimpura agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.

14. In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.

15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.
