The offer is valid for a total food bill of PHP 5,000 up to a maximum total food bill of PHP 10,000 per cardholder, per day only.

a. The minimum spend is applicable on the total food bill inclusive of value-added tax only. Value Added Tax, Service Charge and other taxes, if any, shall be charged based on the discounted amount.
b. This promo is available for ala carte and food orders only. Take-out, payments for set menus, banquet sales, private functions, parties and beverages are excluded from the promo.
c. Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.
d. Advance reservation is required to guarantee seats.
e. Metrobank cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the total amount to their qualified Metrobank Mastercard credit card through Jasmine/New World Makati Hotel’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal.
f. Only one (1) qualified Metrobank credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Metrobank credit cards.
g. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
The promo and discount are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos or fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD)/Senior Citizens can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account.
The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.
Any dispute concerning the products or services of Jasmine/New World Makati Hotel related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Jasmine/New World Makati Hotel, with the concurrence of the DTI. Jasmine/New World Makati Hotel agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute.
In case of dispute concerning Metrobank and the cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the promo, the decision of Metrobank shall be considered final.
